Escape to a serene retreat at this 4-bedroom house located in the gated community of Deerfield on Norris Lake. Gentle slope to the shared dock with minimal steps and parking for one boat. This home is beautiful with many architectural details & lots of windows in a private wooded setting. Features a large first floor deck & an outer area on the lower level with a hot tub. Bedroom layout can be used as 4 master suites or accommodate families. There's plenty of space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot (both K-cup & 10 cups) and more! Relax in the hot tub after playing on the lake or playing golf at The Greens. Close to Sugar Hollow and Deerfield Marina. Deerfield has many amenities including the famous Tiki Bar, airstrip, pool, sand volleyball, tennis courts, winery, convenience store, and an amazing 18-hole golf course. Take advantage of the AC and heating and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi during your stay. This home and community has it all! It's the perfect retreat to relax and unwind & enjoy all that Norris Lake has to offer in and off season.

Great home and location!!

We just left and we were all sad to go! It was me and my husband our three grown children with their families/girlfriend. It was spacious and roomy and so very close to the dock and to the marinas. The jumping bridge was very close to. We will be back!!

Great Memorial Day Getaway

We loved this lakehouse in the woods on the shores of Lake Norris. We had a blast using the hot tub, kayaks, and the shared dock to park a rental pontoon for a day. I couldn't recommend this place enough, looking forward to going back.

As the new owners, Chris & Jennifer have owned rental properties in Ohio for over 30 years and have vast experience with rentals. Chris is a small business owner, and Jennifer works in the healthcare field. We have enjoyed vacationing at Norris Lake with our two girls for almost as long. We have always wanted to own a lake house, and we made that dream a reality on September 30, 2024. Our plan is to eventually retire and live in Tennesse full time, but until Chris is ready to slow down at his job so we can do that, we have decided to share our little piece of heaven with you and your loved ones. We hope your family will make everlasting memories on Norris and want to come back every year like us.

After vacationing at Norris Lake for over 25 years we knew we would eventually end up owning a home here it was just a matter of finding the right fit for our family. We love all aspects of lake life and wanted to be on the water. This house fit all of our needs with minimal steps (less than 30) to the lake and the tranquil setting of the wooded lot made this house an easy choice. You almost forget that it is situated inside the gated community of Deerfield. Which for us was another huge bonus as we are minutes from the golf course and the marina. It truly offers us everything you could ask for in a home away from home. We are excited to be able to share our new home with you so that others may enjoy the lake, and all that this area has to offer,
