SituĂ© directement sur la plage entre les bornes kilomĂ©triques 4 et 5 sur Fort Morgan Road. La maison dispose de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et offre tout le confort de la maison. Nouveau revĂȘtement et toit avec des meubles amĂ©liorĂ©s, de la peinture, des planchers et de la literie. Plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec grande cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salon avec beaucoup de siĂšges pour tout le monde.

Directement au large de la salle de séjour et la chambre des maßtres est une belle terrasse partiellement couverte d'une balançoire et un bar parfait pour cette tasse de café tÎt le matin, en regardant les dauphins, et le lever du soleil et les couchers de soleil.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée et est avant golfe avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Chambre 2,3 et 4 ont un lit queen et partagent une baignoire avec douche.

Ceci est une unité non-fumeurs et nous ne louons pas à des groupes d'étudiants. Doit avoir 24 ans ou plus pour louer cette propriété.

Nous sommes une maison et une plage amicale de chien. Il y a une limite de deux chiens acceptés à cette maison avec un tarif de 75 $ pour animaux de compagnie.

Il y a un parking sous la maison pour 2 voitures et une chambre ou d'autres dans le lecteur.

Location is amazing if you really just wanna get away, especially with your furry friends. For the price I do think this is a little high seeing that nothing has been updated since the 1990s. In serious need of a deep clean, there was a vacuum left in the middle of the floor and sand all over the carpet, floor, and sheets. Other than that, we had an amazing stay! Host is very friendly and response immediately. We were escaping red tide in Port Saint Joe and this was the best place available that met our needs for our dogs so that we could enjoy the beach with them as we have one senior dog with some medical issues and he just loves the beach and had the best time!

We had a great stay. Beautiful house! Met our needs plus some. We had an issue with the coffee maker, it was replaced in 5 minutes. Owners are very responsive. When I would text Liz, she would respond immediately. My family will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful!!! We came from Indiana to celebrate our son's graduation. It was the most relaxing getaway! Spacious, comfortable, clean, and the most amazing view and beach access. 1st Trip to Fort Morgan

We absolutely loved the location and how welcoming the house was. It was perfect for our family beach vacation. We had 6 adults, 1 child, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. We will definitely be back!!

Family getaway

This house was the perfect spot for our family to hide and recharge for a couple days. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the location couldn't be better. It was wonderful to just wander out to the beach and not have to pack a ton of stuff to go or struggle with a crowd. We will be back!

Most relaxing place!!!!!

This property could not have been any better!! Everything was clean and nice and ready for us to enjoy! So much room for us and our teenagers and two dogs!! We enjoyed the whole space while we were there! Even when we were in the living room we felt like we were on the beach thanks to the gorgeous windows! The awesome back porch allowed us and our dogs to relax without worry that they would get off the porch! The swing in the shade allowed everyone to be comfortable! The master bedroom was my fav space! It was beautiful and the view was amazing!!! We just got home and we miss it already! Can’t wait to stay here again!!!!!!

Thanksgiving 2022

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home in Fort Morgan. I loved that it was 31 steps from the deck to the top of the sand dunes. Can’t get much closer to the beach! We had everything we needed, the wifi was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the beach when the weather cooperated and playing games indoors when it didn’t. I greatly enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the sunrise every morning. Fort Morgan itself was a wonderful getaway location, away from a lot of the hustle & bustle, but only a short drive away from shopping and dinner. We look forward to returning next year.

Great place!

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, utensils we needed for a month long stay. The view from the porch is fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic Location

We loved the home and it was a perfect location fronting the beach. The home was well maintained with modern kitchen. The internet worked perfect since several of us had to continue to work while on vacation. We would stay there again.

Optical Illusion

The pictures on the listing was top shelf. When we arrived it was not the same. The house was filthy and in need of repairs. There was hair in the shower and on the blinds. Pieces of the dishwasher hanging off and in the floor Dust everywhere. Mold in the coffee maker on the filter that has been there for a while. A presence of bugs on 3-4 occasions. No lock on the sliding door in the bedroom but there a piece of pvc pipe to use as a lock and make us feel secure. The outdoor shower was rusted out. Soft spots in the floor. They was a leak at the back door and sheet rock falling off. We purchased several cleaning products put masks and gloves on and cleaned to make it ok to stay. We used bleach and disinfectant so the next renters are good. Soaked the molded coffee maker in bleach and disinfectant. The house was presented as a premium place to stay with a premium price but didn't live up to. The also called us on vacay that we payed a substantial amount per night to see if the contractor could measure the counter tops. Since we paid a cleaning fee they would have plenty time to measure since it wasn't clean. Yes we are renting your property but it was presented in premium fashion with a premium price but didnt live up to expectations Update pictures or rent it when it's ready.

Beach was great. Because of Covid dining out and take out was difficult. The Fresh Fish Market on 180 was excellent. Getting the ferry to Dauphin Island was a nice outing.

First time at Fort Morgan

This was our first stay at Fort Morgan and we loved this area and the fact that our dogs could enjoy the beach with us! The walk to the beach is literally over the sand dune and you’re there! Beach area is private to the houses located right there and has plenty of room for each family to set up and stay all day. The house was a little outdated, but clean. The air conditioner worked great! It had enough bedrooms, although one bathroom was very small and one more bathroom would have been more convenient with our large group. Also, one bedroom had two places in the floor that were falling in, one of which was right inside the door of the room! I had to cover it with a towel and small rug all week so my foot wouldn’t fall through! Hopefully, the owners just hadn’t had time to repair it because of peak season and full rentals, and it will be repaired ASAP! Overall, a great week at a peaceful place!

Clean, beautiful house and quiet location

Enjoyed the daily dolphins swimming by. Beach was clean except for seaweed and some trash washing in with the tide. House was nice to have open deck for sun bathing and covered deck with swing for when we got hot. Great place to visit and will use this owner again.
