Welcome to Casita Flor, located within a historic neighborhood of Midtown, Phoenix! Enjoy your own private pool & spa, clean, modern interiors, full kitchenette, washer & dryer, and an on-suite master bath with rain shower feature. Casita Flor is a 1 Bed / 1 Bath 650 sq ft detached guest home adorned with modern furnishings and plenty of natural sunlight. While the casita is most suited for 2 guests, for those looking to book with larger groups, the VRBO can accommodate up to 4 guests with a full-sized foldable mattress in the living room. We promise a spotlessly clean space with fresh white linens and towels for every guest!

Pool & Hot Tub - All guests will have private access to the backyard pool during their stay. Please note that the pool is only heated (80°F) from April 1st through October 31st. Guests staying November 1st through March 31st will have the option to access the hot tub (103°F) from 12pm - 12am for an extra surcharge of $30/day. If you are interested in hot tub access, please message the host directly through the VRBO app AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your check-in time to ensure proper cleaning and heating of the spa!

While Casita Flor is located in the backyard of the main house, in which your host, Joe, lives full-time, guests are guaranteed 100% private backyard & pool access during the length of their stay. Your VRBO host will not enter your backyard oasis unless you need/ask him to!

Please note that the guest entry point to Casita Flor is located a few hundred yards down a gravel alleyway to a reserved, private guest parking space. For this reason, we strongly suggest that guests staying in Casita Flor have their own mode of transportation (e.g. rental car). One reserved guest parking space is available adjacent to the guest entry gate (see image in listing for more details). Parking is at your own risk. We take great pride and satisfaction in providing a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay. Let your host know if you have any concerns or questions regarding this.
