Wonderful parks and nearby access to shopping, bars, restaurants, and local recreation. Easy access to 51 freeway and central to everything in the valley. 15 min to airport, 5 min to hiking trails, and 13 min to downtown. Easy access to highway to drive north to Sedona. Great home base to explore the valley!

Incredible house with lots of fun details - heated pool was perfect even for a relatively cool stay in Phoenix, and the hot tub hit the spot especially in the evening. Great for kids with the pool area being fenced in. Loved the patio, record player, and decor. Fantastic location within the metro area. This was a nice hidden gem. The property provided a private swimming area with palm trees and cacti to give it an oasis vibe. Floating in the pool watching the stars above was pretty amazing. Location was great as it was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. Loved the record player and the vintage vinyl! Communication with Rich was easy and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay again on a future visit.

We stayed at this property for a week…very clean, comfortable, with everything my granddaughters and I needed! The kitchen amenities were plenty, including all necessary utensils. Towels, plenty and clean. Only thing I could recommend would be a few more larger cups or glasses, but this is minor…the location is perfect for exploring in every direction of the greater Phoenix area. The girls did not want to leave. If we return to Phoenix for another visit, we definitely would like to return to Rich’s home.

North Phoenix surgery trip

My wife and I stayed with her parents at the property on Lupine so my mother in law could have surgery. The Best Hist Ever

We had a great time. We have family that live just 2 blocks over so Richard’s place was perfect for us. Loved watching the sky lighten up from the kitchen windows. Beds were comfortable and decor was quirky but fun. He is a wonderful host and quick to answer any questions. Will be back.
