Welcome to Brick & Bloom, a delightful red-brick townhome made up of two identical apartments, nestled on a cobblestone street beneath a canopy of beautiful trees. Situated just minutes from the heart of Savannah, this charming home offers guests a serene retreat while being only a short walk from the city's vibrant culture, dining, and attractions.

What Makes Brick & Bloom Special?

Outdoor Spaces: Relax and unwind in the charming courtyard adorned with café lights, enjoy your morning coffee on the cozy back porch, or soak in the beauty of the tree-lined street from the spacious front porch. With multiple outdoor areas, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and savor Savannah’s atmosphere.

Walkable Location: Head out on foot to explore Forsyth Park, home to a lively farmers market every Saturday. Along the way, you’ll pass by local coffee shops perfect for a light bite or espresso. The thriving Victorian District, filled with local boutiques, cafes, and businesses, is right at your doorstep.

Two Fully Equipped Kitchens: Whether you're whipping up a home-cooked meal, crafting your favorite cocktails, or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants, the fully stocked kitchens provides all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

This townhome offers four private bedrooms, perfect for ensuring maximum comfort and seclusion. Downstairs, in the front bedroom, guests will find a king-sized bed, while the secondary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Upstairs, guests will find a similar floor plan, with the third bedroom being toward the front of the home, offering a King bed, while the fourth bedroom at the back of the home offers a queen - all split amongst the home ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep for all guests!

We had the best time, and the house was perfect for 3 families. It was set up super thoughtfully, and it was nice to have separate spaces for everyone. We started every morning on the front porch with a coffee and it was great!

Need better instructions on how to use the door locks. Nice location but hard to get a good night sleep due to all the road noise Great communication with management company. The alley gate wouldn’t open and after calling the management company, their maintenance department was there within 15 minutes to repair it.

Sorry the door‑lock instructions were unclear and that road noise affected your sleep. We’ll update the check‑in guide with clearer step‑by‑step instructions and photos and will test the lock to make sure it’s straightforward. We’ll look into add earplugs and a white‑noise machine/box fan to the unit, review window treatments for better sound reduction, and update the listing so future guests know about the street noise. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brick & Bloom was the perfect place for our stay in Savannah! We had 10 ladies celebrating our mom's 70th birthday, and the home was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed.The layout worked great for our group, with two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths on the main level, plus two additional bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Having the sleeper sofas gave us enough sleeping space, although, as expected, they weren't the most comfortable for adults.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch each morning with a cup of coffee while watching the neighborhood come to life. The two dedicated parking spaces were also a huge bonus and made getting around Savannah so much easier.The host was fantastic—responsive, communicative, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.We truly enjoyed our time at Brick & Bloom and would absolutely stay here again. Amazing stay in a great location!

We had a girls trip and had the best experience! The location is amazing and the layout of the house was great for a group of girls. We could utilize both living areas for people that wanted to stay up later or those that wanted a quieter space.

The units were older, but definitely had charm. The kitchens were very updated & we were able to cook our meals easily. We were initially thrown off by the number of codes, but once we got everything straightened out, our stay went smoothly.

Spacious and updated Savannah home

We loved this VRBO. It was perfect for our adult family of six. Having both units gave us more than ample room to spread out. For those wondering, there is a main door which leads to an entryway. From there, you can enter a door on the left that leads upstairs or one on the right that leads to the downstairs unit. Each unit has a queen room, a king room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Both levels stayed cool during our hot, humid weekend. We did not cook in the kitchens but both are updated and the refrigerators kept drinks and food cold. The beds were comfortable. The house is a corner unit on a busy street so anyone that needs complete silence may want to choose another unit. There are two parking spaces in the back of the house and free street parking in the front. The location was convenient. Overall a great place that we would absolutely book again.
