Responsive pleasant host. Place was clean, functional.... Not a ton of extras, games were fun... Good access to local sites. Great for a quick short stay.

I was so happy we booked this charming little retro home. It was in a great location. It took 20 minutes or less to get to all of our tourist spots (Arrowhead, the P&L district, Union Station and Harrah's Casino)! The owner was very proactive, she checked in via messages to make sure we were having a good time and to see if all was going well. I cant thank her and her husband enough for the wonderful time we had in KC!

This place was very neat - a retro, comfortable spot that makes a great home-base for any trip to KC without the hassle of the city. It was clean and cozy, with a great shower!

Great stay!

Love the retro vibe of the property! Great location! Close to stadium and multiple restaurant options, which was great for us! Can’t wait to stay again when I come to KC for a little getaway!

Charming Older House

The house has the charm and quirks of an older property, with fun decor (especially the kitchen appliances). Hosts responded quickly to messages and were very kind. Off-street parking is a plus. Location was quiet and felt safe.

Great stay!

Very nice home with a cute retro vibe. House was clean and the check in process was easy. Beds were nice and cozy, bathroom was clean and had hot water. Host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions asked. It was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cute is what's going for this place

Taking away the two hour delay of checking in because the host was locked out of her account and apparently forgot the place was booked and the Wi-Fi password being wrong in the book. It still was an ok stay. I would recommend this place for a one night girls night where you are simply snapping cute pictures and sleeping here. I used it as a cute romantic v-day weekend and trying to watch the only tv in the living room with my partner was less than comfortable, it was almost unbearable. The plastic mattress protector also made sleeping uncomfy in the bedroom we chose to sleep in. The light system is confusing and not explained in the binder you have to figure it out and we never figured out the main kitchen light. You can tell there has been serious wear without fixing items. The handle to the cabinets in the kitchen not screwed in/loose, the dinning room table has a crack, the floors are peeled/damaged throughout the house, the shower spout is improperly installed causing water to come out the spout and shower head no matter what. This place was created to make money and it shows. This also had less amenities than other houses I stayed at. I was invited back to stay to have a smoother stay, however I just wouldn't pick this place again for the price and what the house offered. I did try to convince my partner to leave yesterday but he didn't want to lose out on the money since we booked it till today at 10:00am.
