Les clients sont sûrs de passer des vacances mémorables dans ce entièrement meublé, 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain au premier étage d'une maison unifamiliale. Le premier étage est séparé du deuxième étage avec l'entrée privée. Chaque chambre est meublée de lits jumeaux et queen size, confortables pour accueillir 4 personnes.  Le salon est meublé avec canapé et TV. Internet est fourni. La cuisine est parfaite pour les repas car elle est équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine, micro-ondes, four et grill. 
 
Les deux unités (premier étage) et (deuxième étage) ont une chambre, une salle de bains, un salon, une cuisine et une entrée privée. Seule l'unité (premier étage) a une laveuse et une sécheuse. L'utilisation de la laveuse et de la sécheuse par les invités de l'unité (deuxième étage) ne se fera qu'avec l'accord du locataire de l'unité (arrière).

Passez la journée à profiter des attractions historiques à proximité telles que le Country Club Plaza ou la gare Union sur le thème de Séville.

weekend getaway

We came up to KC for a baseball weekend. I picked this house because the location showed very near the stadium. It took us 7 minutes to get there, can't beat that! Very easy to get around to other places in the area. Enjoyed our stay and will add this house to places to stay while we are in town.

COZY COTTAGE

This was a cozy warm older home that reminded you of going home to grandma for Christmas. It was very clean and warm and fully stocked with things you need and extra. The host goes out of their way to accommodate. We loved it and will definitely go back!!! Friendly friendly people. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

In general the property was good and as listed. We had one issue on check in, when we arrived at 5:15pm the house was still being cleaned. It didn't affect us much, as we just left our things and left, but if we had needed to get in immediately it could have caused an issue.

It was perfectly located for my husband and I between my sister and his children. It was very comfortable cozy and affordable. We loved staying here so much that we booked it again for christmas. A great place to get away

The host is on top of all request you have of him. Very personable. This place is perfect for my husband and I. The front yard was in serious need of yard work. Shrubs and plants overgrown. Doesn't look like the picture. The porch furniture was old and dusty.The house needs serious work. It appears caulk and paint is as good as it gets.The furniture and decor appear to have come from a fleamarket.Every floor board in the house creeks.I could go on and on. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The place was essentially as viewed; there were throws on all of the furniture. The outdoor sitting (front porch) was not clean enough for sitting and the home does smell like an old house. The property was pretty cluttered/junky inside and out, but the decor was kinda cute in a maximalist way. The house smelled funky and many elements of the decor had clearly not been cleaned or dusted in ages. It smelled and looked like a flea market. The kitchen dishes & soaps were fairly dirty/nasty. Bathroom was decent. Plenty of paper and linen supplies to use.Communication with the host was very poor. I struggled to get into the lockbox at first and messaged the host, who did not respond right away. I got it figured out on my own, and a few hours later, the host responded with their direct number.Noise was a big problem. The house was split, with the other kitchen & laundry being directly behind one of the downstairs bedrooms. You could hear toilet flushing, machines and water running day or night from the other guests. The water usage in the other part of the house will also affect the water temperature in the lower part of the house. Our main problem was the upstairs guests, who were drinking, yelling, and blasting music all night long. Literally all night, from 10 pm to 5 am. I reached out to the host at 1:45 am and again at 6 am, and got no response. Poor communication, no enforcement of rules, disturbance from other guests, unkempt property. Will not return.

The house is equipped with numerous light fixtures throughout, so there's plenty of potential lighting. However, I didn't turn them all on and found the interior to be quite dark as a result. Also, the couch is currently covered with a protective cover, but it's only temporary. Feel free to remove it when you arrive to enjoy the seating area fully.

We have property on VRBO, so I am familiar with listing. I would not use a sweet smelling spray in that house. I opened windows to air it out. I would also take every single thing off of that front porch and power wash it and leave it that way. A couple of nice outdoor chairs would be fine but nothing else. Take the trash cans and put them in the back. These two things alone would make your place more appealing.

I wasn't going to write a review but I have not heard if I will receive a refund as I was told i would. There is a very large storage area attached to the advertised vrbo with lots of items in it, a basement. I am 96% sure there was a squatter in there. I was originally going to stay about 2 weeks. After a snake jumped out at me in the laundry room though a hole in the floor i still stayed until the next day when i left for a few hours and came back to the clock on the microwave and on the oven being set to correct time. I know this had not been done when i left. Felt like this kind of stuff was happening the whole time and this was too much! I stayed about 7 days. I feel like the storage area should have been locked off from the rest of apt. I have been going on vacay alone since i was 18. Never been scared like that and I am from this area originally.

The house was fine for a place to sleep for my adult son and me; my wife would not have stayed in this house because of the feeling it exuded. There are a lot of pillows and coverings on anything you'd like to sit on, and a lot of rugs. This is fine, but it gives the feeling of being in a place that isn't very welcoming. It isn't really within walking distance to anything and didn't appear safe to do so if it was.

My son and I stayed here while visiting Kansas City for the World Cup, and it was exactly what we needed. We planned this trip nearly 10 months in advance, and finding a comfortable, affordable place to stay during such a major event was important.Park was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We needed an early luggage drop so we could head straight to FanFest before check-in, and Park accommodated us without hesitation, making our day much easier.The home is modest, comfortable, and feels like a real home rather than a rental property. The neighborhood was quiet, the front porch was a great place to relax, and the location made getting around Kansas City easy. We primarily used rideshare services and had no issues reaching our destinations.The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, a functional kitchen, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Compared to hotel prices during the World Cup, this property was an outstanding value.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked another visit and plan to stay in Park’s other unit next time. If you’re coming to Kansas City for a Chiefs game, Royals game, World Cup match, or simply passing through, I highly recommend this property.Thank you, Park, for your hospitality and for helping make our father-son trip such a memorable experience.
