Walking distance everywhere in downtown Querétaro.
The place is clean quiet and full of design.

The Space:
The apartment has a King size bed, located on ground leve with great accessabilityl.
Its designed for two people, has a diner, living room, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Great Wi-Fi. Amazing location.

Guest Access:
The house has a central patio and a secondary one, also a roof top were you can enjoy your stay.
Flexible with check in and check out when posible.
For mid-long term rentals, the cleaning is provided once a week with change of linen and towels.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the main street of Querétaro downtown, walking distance to all the plazas restaurants and cultural places. You wont get any noise from any bar. Queretaro is protected by UNESCO heritage sites.

Getting Around:
Walk everywhere in downtown. Easy access by car.
I will provide a map and directions to main plazas in downtown.
Also provide if needed contact for tourist agency as well as the State Tourist Office nearby.

Other Things to Note:
- El acceso, terraza, centro de lavado y áreas comunes son compartidas
- Aparcar en centro histórico puede ser complicado, la ubicación permite que este todo a distacia caminando siempre que sea posible.
- El apartamento puede llegar a ser un poco obscuro por cortinas black out, ya que la ventana principal da vista directa a la avenida.
- Hay un escritorio / espacio de trabajo dedicado aquí si necesita ponerse al día con algo de trabajo durante su estancia.
- Equipos de limpieza de la cuidad pasan frente a la propiedad haciendo ruido, esto es simplemente parte de la vida de la ciudad, pero algo que debes entender cuando te hospedas en cualquier parte del Centro.
- Ventanas del departamento dan hacia la calle, se puede esperar ruido de día.
