Since this is an old neighborhood with narrow streets, we do not have private parking, but there are nearby public parking options available 24 hours a day. The Querétaro Intercontinental Airport is a 30- to 40-minute drive away, and ride-hailing services operate efficiently in this area.

-Given our property’s central location in the heart of the Historic District, you may hear some ambient noise typical of urban life.

-If you’re a light sleeper, we suggest bringing earplugs, as the downtown area can get noisy at times.

-Parking in this area can be challenging, so we recommend using a public parking lot.

-We have a dedicated workspace for your convenience.

-The floor is original from the 1930s and shows natural signs of wear over time.

-The terrace is a private space enclosed by a fence, so you may have visual contact with neighbors.
