Great central location in Eureka Springs. Host left detailed messages, very accommodating. Place was clean, very functional, lots of space, felt private.

It was so nice, close to everything, we loved the hot tub and the massage chair. Some of the ladies just wished there was a TV in the guest rooms. It fit our needs and will stay again. Don't miss the little pub next door, it was great and the food was wonderful

The property was set up for our needs and had everything to make our stay pleasant. From the fire pit having wood, the hot tub and all the kitchen items you would need when you are away from your own home! The bedding in bedrooms were set up perfect for our stay with six people. The icing on the cake was a massage chair that everybody used after a long day of motorcycling in the Ozark Mountains! This location is ideal for those that want to have a great place and in a quiet area. I would highly recommend this place as a stay and also the host was fantastic!

Overall it's a great find. I was skeptical as we drove up to a commercial property but the rental has a private entrance in the back with plenty of parking. It was quiet and provided plenty of room for 6 adults for a weekend. The outdoor space is beautiful but not as private as I assumed from the pictures. You do have another building very close with windows over looking the hot tub. The beds, showers, kitche. were clean but the floor had some remnants from a previous party (fake wig hair was found all over). The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to make dinner. The little touches like the dog bed (even though we didnt have a dog) and extra towels and throw blankets made it feel homey. Great location close to downtown and VERY quiet. Would stay again.

Nice new and clean

Thought of everything and all new items. Not much space to take doggy out to potty. Close to everything and very friendly. We even had cute doggy bed. You can tell that the owners tried to think of every detail. Wonderful place and will stay again. Worth each dollar.

Clean and cozy but misleading

There was a lot of mixed emotions regarding our stay. I messaged the host before booking and asked if we would be getting the entire house to ourselves since in the description it said "loft" so I wanted to clarify that. The host responded and reassured it would be the entire home and even said it was a stand alone home. Our family arrived to find it was in the same building as a vape shop upstairs. That was a bit disappointing. We still enjoyed our stay and was happy with the cleanliness and communication with the host. We were never bothered by any noise upstairs but wish we would have known before arrival.The location is not the best and although there is a hottub outside in the hang out area, there is no privacy at all. Also no place at all to take your pet to potty. The massage chair was nice and the kids loved the PS5. The beds were also very comfortable. The space inside is not as opened as it seems in the pictures and as advertised. It could have used extra blankets and the cabinets were hard to open. Also the dish washer was difficult to start. The only bedroom that had a TV was the master room. If you are looking to stay right in town then I would recommend. It is nice but does have its cons!

It’s also great to know that the host communicated well, and that noise wasn’t an issue during your visit. I appreciate your honesty about the aspects that fell short, like the location above a vape shop, lack of privacy in the outdoor area, and limited pet accommodations. It's unfortunate that these details weren’t made clear before hand. Minor inconveniences with the cabinets, dishwasher, and TVs are also valuable points for future improvement. hope to host you soon...

Overall the stay was ok. We didn’t feel like we were prepared to be sleeping below a place of business, which made us feel a little unsafe and we could hear movement from the business above. The public parking below also made us feel unsafe with small children. The trash can was broken, conditioner not full enough to use properly and no can opener. All minor things but figured it was worth you knowing. The couches and rug also felt unclean.
