4 Beds, 2.5 Baths, Semi-Oceanfront

The bottom level is home to the Tiki Bar, darts, games, outdoor seating including picnic table, grill, outdoor shower. The efficiency style interior has 1 King bed, 1 futon, 1 bath, dining nook, laundry and fridge.

Upstairs boasts a wrap around deck with plenty of seating, off the front deck is the Florida Room with dining table, sofa, tv which leads directly into the open concept kitchen and living room. Through the back hallway you’ll find the queen room to the right, main and half bathrooms to the left, king room and twin room in the back.

Tiki Tides is situated at Milepost 7, truly the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This central and sought-after location allows guests to get anywhere on the Outer Banks, from Southern Shores to Roanoke Island, in a matter of minutes. A movie theater, mini golf, grocery stores and a variety of shopping and dining options are located within a mile radius. Nearby restaurants and night life include local favorites such as Goombay's and the Jolly Roger, both within walking distance.

Please Note:
- Upstairs and downstairs are not connected internally, allowing for privacy downstairs.
- Outdoor water is turned on April-October. Water is turned off in the cooler months to prevent pipes from bursting.
- Kitchen photos feature a Keurig. For sustainability purposes & to keep our oceans clean, we have replaced them with drip coffee makers.
- Deck repainted in May 2025p
- About 3 to 4 cars can fit in the driveway

Tiki Tides was the perfect spot for our family. Kendra is an all star host! From informative labels to generously stocked supplies—-this house has everything you need! The host was responsive and so incredibly kind. We will definitely be back to Tiki Tides!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Tiki Tides was a nice place to spend a summer weekend at! The property is lovely and there is plenty of space to have a good time. The owner was very helpful to communicate with and the entire process went smoothly. Loved how close it was to the beach and would definitely recommend!

Great place for a family trip

Love the giant couch and multiple eating areas upstairs and the tiki bar area downstairs. We had kids from 9 to 18 with us and there was room enough for everybody to do their own thing. Very convenient location.

The Best Birthday Getaway

We booked this house to celebrate my birthday by going sandboarding, and we were all blown away! So much to the point where we didnt want to leave . Everything was well maintained, easy to find, and beds and furniture were very comfy. We cooked many meals, watched some movies, and even had snow on our first night there! If we come back at another time, we will definetly be checking for availability here!

Perfect Family Getaway

I cannot say enough about this property or our experience. My husband and I take frequent short vacations or staycations with our 3 boys (ages 20, 14, & 10) just to get away and have some us time. We have rented a lot of different homes and this was by far one of our favorites. It is exactly as described. The lower level has a separate entrance and is more like a little apartment, with an amazingly comfy king bed, dresser, Roku tv, full bath, small kitchen with a full size fridge, and a washer and dryer. My husband and I really enjoyed having that space to ourselves for peaceful sleep while our boys stayed up and quiet mornings with coffee. Just to the right as you come out of the front door of that space, there is an outdoor staircase that takes you up to the main living area/kitchen and other bedrooms. Our boys loved having their own space and being able to talk at level 10 without bothering mom and dad lol! That same outdoor staircase also leads to the upstairs porch (accessible by both that staircase as well as sliding doors from the upstairs portion of the house) and that was probably my personal favorite part of the house. I sat out there a LOT, just people watching and listening to the waves. The neighbors who passed by were all super friendly. We arrived end of January so it was chilly while we were there, but that didn’t stop my husband from exploring the beach access across the street and we have definite plans to return in warmer weather
