I’m sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory stay. This home is nestled in the urban setting of downtown Atlanta in a residential community. There have been no threats to safety and to my understanding, you did not communicate this during your stay, either. Nonetheless I’m sorry to hear the location was not what you expected. We’re glad we were able to partner with you to ensure you had access to the home during the power outage and remained safe during that time. It is unfortunate though that the home was left a mess as you didn’t follow our house rules to dispose of trash before departure.
