New 4 BR Bungalow Close to Everything Atlanta All 5 Star Reviews

This beautifully renovated and decorated home is centrally located in the historical & beautiful, family-oriented Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park and is walking distance to restaurants, a playground/park, The Beacon, the Atlanta Zoo, and the Beltline. We worked hard to curate the space for you to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable stay. We only ask that you are respectful of our home and of our neighbors. The house is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms in the front and two in the back. There are two rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms and one room with bunkbeds and one room with two double beds with a shared bathroom. The mattresses are new, comfortable memory foam mattresses. Blankets, pillows, and towels are provided, along with two rolls of bathroom tissue for each bathroom and a starter roll of paper towels. There is a full laundry room with washer & dryer. The large back yard is fully fenced in for families to enjoy. Please note there are only two televisions in this home, but there are a few games and books. There is a baby seat with tray, a pac n play, kids dinnerware, and a white noise machine at the house. If you need additional kid items, please ask to see if we have them. Please note that there are quite a few stairs to get into the house, so exercise caution and please do not book if you or any of your family members are unable to climb the stairs.

Great spot in heart of Grant Park

Absolutely lovely house, super spacious and clean. Central location with a quick walk to the Beacon (food/shopping market). The owners were super nice and easy to get in touch with.

Atlanta Getaway

The home is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The home is exactly as listed. The check in and check out process we’re easy and clear. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Atlanta Braves Getaway

My husband, 16-year old son, in-laws, and I enjoyed this property while traveling to see a couple of Braves games. The property owners were easy to contact and ensured our satisfaction during our stay. We especially liked the layout and that there were essentially two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and en-suite. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet both nights we were there. Not to be meant as a complaint, but just as a mention, the commute to Truist Park was very time consuming and the property’s driveway is quite narrow and steep. So, allow plenty of time when traveling the area, and plan to park on the street, at least for loading and unloading. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely make a future reservation.

Great stay in Grant Park

We loved the house. It was very clean, comfortable and roomy enough for the 6 of us. We loved the quiet neighborhood within easy reach of great restaurants and cafes.

Updated & Roomy Grant Park home - Walk to The Beacon and ATL Zoo

This 4BR/3BA home is just as gorgeous as the pictures! Clean, updated, with comfy furniture and beds. The well-stocked kitchen/dining room/den offer plenty of indoor space. The front porch or back deck+fenced-in yard provide a peaceful outdoor hang-out, or you can walk for dinner and shopping at The Beacon. Only a 15 min Uber to airport--convenient for our out-of-town guests. The owner was wonderful to work with and the check-in/out process is seamless. Thanks!
