This charming cottage in Brevard is a wonderful retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. With a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a lovely living room with a reclining sofa, this fabulous property offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like HOT TUB, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay. The entire back yard is very private. We also installed a projector, so you can comfortably watch your favorite movies or listen to cool music while you soak in the hot tub. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Fall in love with Brevard and enjoy the magic it offers, the restaurants, shopping, and nice restaurants.

House was very clean, which is important! View was nice. However we were very disappointed to find that the fireplace in the backyard did not work. When we booked we wanted two things- hot tub and fire to sit by. So this was a huge bummer. Especially when we paid over 250 for the night.

The back yard was awesome. The hot tub and projector worked great and the space was very private.The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location to Brevard, Cashiers, restaurants and waterfalls. Beautiful property with views. The house had everything you need and a plus was the very private fenced backyard. Perfect for my pup!

This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The house is the perfect size for two adults (plus a dog) and the porch and backyard areas are very comfortably furnished and inviting. There are so many nice little touches and fun extras that I don’t usually see when renting a home. The kitchen and bath have all of the basics that you need and the entire home is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The host has done a fabulous job of making this vacation spot delightful!

Wonderful Private Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. The host thought of everything we needed to make us feel at home - plenty of towels, bath robes!, throws on the sofa, coffee pods and tea bags, TP and paper towels. The incline of the parking area was challenging.
