Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Welcome to The Oyster House | 230 Needlerush Drive, a newly remodeled coastal haven in WaterColor, perfect for your next beach vacation. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by an inviting front porch featuring a spacious bed swing, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. This home offers 4 bedrooms, including a carriage house and two custom side-by-side built in queen beds, accommodating up to 12 guests.

The open concept, main living space allows for the entire family to feel connected while having enough space to spread out. The polished dining space flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and bar stool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room boasts newly updated furnishings, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a guest bedroom with a full sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower on this floor. The laundry room and a half bathroom are also available on this floor.

The second floor is equally inviting, showcasing another king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On one side, two built-in queen beds share access to a guest bathroom, making it perfect for families. A media room on the opposite side provides comfortable seating for movie nights and relaxation. A deck connects the house and carriage house together.
Best of all, this gorgeous home is only a 3 minute bike ride over the lake bridge to the beach club, a 1 minute bike to the Sand Hill (Frog) pool and 3 minutes by bike to the Camp WaterColor recreation area. Experience the best of beach living - all within reach!

- Parking for 2 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- 12 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Family Traditional Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location—just a short golf cart ride or walk to everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly and kindly. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay at The Oyster House – Beautifully renovated home w/ a perfect location in WaterColor!

We absolutely loved our time at The Oyster House in WaterColor. The location was ideal—literally a few minutes from the Beach Club by bike, with all community amenities a walkable distance, and a short bike or LSV ride to Seaside. Everything we wanted to do was super accessible, which made our vacation incredibly relaxing and convenient.The house itself is completely and recently renovated making it feel fresh, clean, and very comfortable. It was the perfect blend of modern updates and beach charm. Having bikes and a golf cart/LSV included was a huge bonus and made exploring the area so easy and fun. The covered patio with a fireplace and outdoor TV made it the perfect place to relax and grill in the evenings after a day at the beach. The carriage house is also a fantastic bonus—beautifully appointed, private, and great for guests or extra, private space.A special thank you to Dune Vacation Rentals—they were fantastic to work with, providing clear, timely, and helpful communication both before our arrival and throughout our stay. They truly made the entire experience seamless.Highly recommend staying here!
