East Knox Home! For Families!

This is a unit that is located in East Knoxville about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about 20-25minutes to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. It is a single family home that has three bedrooms, one full bathrooms, and a full kitchen to cook in during your stay plus a sun room with additional space to spread out. It does have a guest house on property so this is more perfect for a quiet family than someone who anticipates making lots of noise during their stay.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.
