Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

Wonderful place.

Nice house, plenty of space and a great patio. We came for the mountain bike trails and AMBC festival and had a really great time. This house is close to many great places and fun activities as well as close to wonderful food.

Great stay and great price in Knoxville

Super house with three comfortable bedrooms for me and friends attending a local dog show. Huge fenced backyard that was such a blessing in the rain ALL weekend! Quiet neighborhood and was within 20 minutes of downtown and the fairgrounds.

The house was very dirty. Beds were poor there were rooms without even blinds or curtains on windows. Furniture was very worn out. Bathtub drained very slow leaving you standing in water. There was obvious signs of a dog being previously there were did hair on all the furniture.

Place was great, would book again. Only issue was one of the bedrooms sheets had a stench and don’t think it was washed previously. No issue, we just didn’t sleep in that room.

Everything was wonderful, only thing that may need improved is needs a grab bar in shower for the older ones. Otherwise very quiet and peaceful.

Scary

We arrived to the condo connected and they were having a huge party. Hours after arrival fights started breaking out in the basement bellow us and in the front yard. Women screaming and racial slures. Called the police. Before the police showed they started pounding on our door and front window

Disgusting sheets, comforter and couch.

My wife and I arrived at the location and walked in to be greeted with the smell of wet dog. Dog hair on the couch,beds and hallway. The comforter and bed sheets had brown stains on all the beds. Luckily there was a washer and dryer so after driving all day we did a load of sheets and comforters to actually sleep on. We also put a sheet on one of the couches to sit on. We complained to the host and requested a refund and was told to stay another night and she would refund us the rest the next day for some unknown reason. She was very responsive until the complaints. I understand that the cleaners could be to blame and that's fine but I have still not received my refund and she has completely ignored my last three attempts too contact her. I would avoid this location.
