- Beginning Jan. 2025 through Mar. 2025, the resort will undergo renovation to the Lobby. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
-Parking Information: Parking fee $39 per day, one car per reservation only. Access to parking is via public parking garage with a clearance of 6'8".
-When arriving by car, enter the BeachPlace Public Garage from Cortez Street. At the kiosk, select âAccept Rateâ, then select âGet A Ticket,â take the ticket that is printed and dispensed from the machine. Do not insert your credit card in the machine. Follow the Marriott Vacation Club signs to the P4 parking garage level. When you arrive at the P4 gate, scan the ticket using the barcode scanner. The gate will open and you can park anywhere on P4 or P5.
