The entire upstairs area, as well as stairs leading downstairs to a common area with washer and dryer, will be all yours with a private entrance. There are 3 flats on the first floor that have more long-term renters who have a separate entrance and do not share any of the common areas.

There is one main living space with several couches and a television; a dining room with large dining table that seats 8. The kitchen has plates, utensils, pots and pans for cooking as well as some options for continental breakfast.

There are 4 colorful and cozy bedrooms - 1 king bed + sofa bed, 1 queen bed and the other 2 have two twin beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and jacuzzi room. There is also one large shared bathroom and a half bathroom. All rooms have windows for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery outside!

You will only share the yard space and driveway with the tenants in the downstairs units.
