Thank you for taking the time to write a review - good or bad, we accept all reviews as an opportunity to improve. The 3 BR condo would not be able to sleep 12 people, as there are only 4 beds. Per the fire inspector's recommendations due to fire safety concerns, we do not permit more occupants than there are beds (4 beds x 2 people per bed = 8 people maximum occupancy). We care about the safety of our guests. With 62 condos, we get numerous requests from our guests, all with varying reasons why they should be allowed to break the rental terms. An individual that owns and rents one condo has a lot more flexibility than a business that owns 62 condos. Businesses have to follow stricter guidelines than an individual with one condo. We are not willing to put ourselves at risk by trying to determine which guest's reasons are more viable than another. To some this may seem unfair; but, most of our guests appreciate that we treat every renter equally. The rental terms are fully detailed on the web site and all renters have the opportunity to read them and decide if this is where they want to stay before they make the reservation. Most of our rules and regulations are "common sense / common courtesy" rules that ensures a peaceful, quiet environment, where every guest has the opportunity to have an enjoyable vacation. Again, most of our guests appreciate our terms, as they know they will have not only peace and quiet, but also a condo that is well maintained, clean, fully furnished with well equipped kitchen. During the week that you were here, we were totally booked with almost 300 guests. My assistant and I were way too busy to be "watching" our guests. With that many guests to have to tend to, one would have to do something to get our attention. I'm normally in my office tending to administrative work (not outside watching our guests). My one and only assistant has quite a bit of responsibility overseeing the cleaners, the maintenance personnel and the lawn personnel, in addition to her own duties. I doubt seriously that she had time to be "watching" our guests. Again, someone would have to do something to get either of our attentions, especially when we have a full house. In all honesty, you came into the office while you were here and seemed quite happy and content when you were here. In fact, when you asked about the girl staying here, after my explanation, you smiled and indicated that you understood. Again, thank you for your comments
