Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 3ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!



Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme un écran plat 55 "HDTV dans le maître, et un 55" Smart TV dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maître et deux lits Queen dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres pour dormir jusqu'à 10.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accès nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne donnant sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.



Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Five retired girlfriends stayed almost a week in this lovely unit. The view from our 3rd floor unit was stellar and the deck was well equipped with 2 lounge chairs and a table and chairs for playing games! The beach is so beautiful and the lazy river is such a wonderful relaxing perk. The beds were comfortable, however, I would suggest a small step stool be placed in the primary bedroom for short folks like me to get onto the high bed without a struggle. The one thing that was such an irritant was the ice make in the bar area. It made ice, but ran very noisily every 20- 30 minutes and it sounded like a small brook was running inside the rear of it as the water ran out the bottom. That has to be a terrible waste of water. I called about it, but they said as long as it was making ice, they don’t mess with it. All things considered our stay was a very pleasant experience.

Property was as advertised, 3 large rooms and roomy living area with plenty of seating. Great view of Lazy river below and the Ocean. A few cloudy days which were even better than the sunny ones, still enjoyed the beach with chair rentals. Kids loved it as well as adults. Also great places to eat all around Orange Beach.

Golf trip

This was our group’s second time staying in the condo. Condo was not as clean as it had been on our first visit last October. Furniture had not been dusted and there was black mold in the master bath. Simple repairs had not been made…ie a pull on a dresser drawer in the master bedroom had not been installed. The condo is well equipped and is in an excellent location.

The condo complex is very nice. Wait times for elevators was great, as they were short. There was a leak in our unit which required us to have to keep swapping towels on the floor every 3 hours or the water would be all over the hallway/kitchen area. Other than that nice place. Beach area was nice also.

Excellent!

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in, it was a dream. On-site, covered parking steps away from the unit was fantastic. Every employee we encountered at the property was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and so spacious! Our kids enjoyed the TVs and wifi during downtime and they loved sitting out on the balcony with us to eat and watch the sunset. Beach access was convenient, and the lazy river and indoor pool were a great way to enjoy the water while taking a break from the sun. We could not have asked for more!
