Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 21. 8 ADULTS MAX. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.

There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per pet.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)
