AQUATIKA has a strict access control policy to facilities. Upon confirmation of the reservation, guests must provide the names of those who will be occupying the villa. Failure to do so, may result in delays at check in time or security can deny your entrance. Per Aquatika’s policy, the maximum capacity for each apartment is 8 quests. Only registered guests may access the complex. NO VISITORS are allowed.

The Aquatika complex requires that all guests wear a resort style wristband during their stay. The wristbands will be provided to guests upon checking in with security guards. These wristbands must be always worn, this way the Complex Security can identify authorized Guests.

We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, garbage bags, roll of paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, and dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

*** Complex Amenities Hours:***

The hours of the pools are from 9:00am to 1:00am.

The beach gate will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm

**NOTE: The pool water slide operates only Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.**

We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays happen. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure that your booking is protected. Unforeseen circumstances happen, and you want to be covered just in case.
