Southern Exposure is a quaint condo property, furnished to feel like home with a serene, private balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool, tennis court, and golf course beyond. When it comes time for some indoor relaxation, you’ll have plenty of space in the living area. Tuck in on the cozy couch to enjoy movie night on the smart tv, and it’s a perfect night in ! The open concept flows right into the fully equipped kitchen where guests have use of the stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Start the day with a fresh brew, savored at the kitchen counter with casual barstool seating, and prepare delicious meals to share at the dining table set for 4.

This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds and a smart tv, plus the room features private balcony access. The home’s full bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo and a half bath.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1 parking pass is provided and 1 assigned secure underground parking spot.
Coin-operated laundry is available onsite.
The pool and hot tub are managed by HOA, additional resort amenities will require a fee of $65 per person, per day.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
