This fabulous completely remodeled serene living space is available for vacation, work, and race track rentals. Walk or bike ride to the beach or canyon. Enjoy your own private, secluded seaside enclave just minutes from the beach. Ample space in a magnificently landscaped outdoor setting that is yours to enjoy. This magical environment is something you will never find at any five star hotel.
A perfect paradise for 2-4 people.
This is the most elegant, spacious, private and reasonably priced two bed unit in all of San Diego.
⭐️VRBO calls this a two bedroom unit. We called this an extra large one bedroom master suite with an auxiliary living space.

The second “bedroom” is a curtained off space with a queen size bed. A perfect space for a good night's sleep.
There is a large spa-like bathroom.

Large marvelous tree shades much of the yard. Green artificial lawn is flanked with beautiful plants and shrubs. There are two seating areas. One seating area for playing games or eating. One conversationional group area. All places are perfect to relax after a fun filled day on your majestic Del Mar beaches.

The master bedroom suite space provides absolute privacy. There are NO SHARED SPACES. This is a bedroom straight off of the pages of “House Beautiful” magazine. The home sits on a bluff. Note that this master bedroom is completely private, with a separate keyless entrance. Yet it is attach to a larger home, of which it is a part.

The suite is a serene, quiet and beautiful dwelling unit.

Complete with oven, stovetop Refrigerator /Freezer
Microwave, NutriBullet blender
& Keurig Coffee Maker and tea kettle.

This rental includes the master suite, and large serene back yard. The master suite is NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE AND IS YOURS EXCLUSIVELY.

This is not a rental of the entire home it is of those large exclusive non-shared areas mentioned above.

Thank you to our host for everything!The unit was very clean & well appointed. Conveniently located with resturaunts & a grocery store very close by. The unit is in a very nice neighborhood as well.The rental process was easy. The owners were responsive & friendly.I missed it in the posting, as the layout wasn't ideal for our situation, (cuz we were traveling with 2 special needs adults) with no full sized 2nd bedroom or lockable doors, but, we made it work, and enjoyed our stay.

This property is exactly as described, and the host is very communicative. I would absolutely stay here again. It was very peaceful, clean and there was so many thoughtful touches. We very much enjoyed the outdoor space. The property has great central air conditioning, and the parking was very convenient.

I handled the reservations. I did not want my wife to cook the week we were visiting our son. There was cooking utensils in the unit if you wanted to cook something. Instead we went out to either breakfast or dinner. Nice break for her and a wonderful visit with our son. We would stay here again; very comfortable.Thank you,Jim & Bonnie Mason

Pleasant interactions with the host who was quick to respond to questions. Lovely space facing beautifully planted back yard with firepit and chairs for communing outside in mild San Diego climate. Clever use of available square footage to comfortably sleep the four of us. Luxurious bathroom. Parking was always open. Clean & inviting space. Nice stay!

We loved our stay here! We were in town for Breeders Cup, and the property's location to the downtown Del Mar shops is great. We really appreciated the outdoor space with a fire pit which we used each night. The check-in was super easy, and the property exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a relaxing stay! The cottage is pristine with big windows, lots of room to store clothing and supplies, offers easy parking, a huge bathroom, and a super bed. But the highlight is the lovely backyard! It’s large, private, and sunny with several great places to hang out—many comfy chairs and even a fire pit. The neighborhood is really nice and so quiet at night, yet there’s a shopping area within a 10 minute walk that offers restaurants (handy, as the kitchenette is quite small), Starbucks, and a grocery store. And Torrey Pines Beach is also just minutes away. A really enjoyable stay and a good value for the price.

WOWOW! Where do I even start wirh how clean, relaxing, intentional, and peaceful this home was. Keri Joe thought of everything! The VERY WELL PROVIDED hot plate, nutra-bullet blender, and very large toaster oven for the kitchenette gets 5 stars. Keri was so easy to communicate with and accommodated me when I needed new sheets. I had the private back patio and it felt so serene, private, quiet. Excellent location to walk to Better Buzz, in the canyon, and super close to all North County faves. Cannot wait to stay again.

In what is the oddest 5-star review ever, our initial room did not suit our needs. We came with an 18-mo old and the suite had no doors to let her sleep without being disthurbed. What cinched the 5-star review was Keri, who after a quick 5-minute phone call swapped us to another suite so we could get enjoy the rest of our family vacation! Highly recommend booking with her!

We had all our family come into town and this location was close to home yet gave everyone room and privacy. Keri and Joe were great at addressing the single issue that arose in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts

Great location and home. Another rental unit is on property, but you would never know with the way the home is being used. Close to the 5 which got us to all the places we wanted to go! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect getaway space! Inside you will find plenty of closet and drawer space for those who like to unpack. There's plenty of living space to unwind and the hosts have graciously left snacks/coffee/breakfast for your quick grab needs. The bathroom is a little mini spa and a great touch! Outside, the grounds are beautiful, parking was a cinch, and the keyless entry is simple to use. I especially loved the overside French glass doors that allowed that lovely San Diego breeze to flow in.

Zen Refuge Yard:
A cordoned off Zen refuge without any neighbors over the back fence! You have exclusive use of your own portion of a marvelous yard.
The yard is perfectly landscaped and magnificent.
A large marvelous tree shades much of the yard. You can put up the huge umbrella for lots of shade. Green artificial lawn is flanked with beautiful plants and shrubs. You have two seating areas.
