Featuring a chromecast TV, Wifi, coffee machine, a luxuriously comfortable KING SIZE bed, and an additional twin bed, our guest suite is designed to provide you with the ultimate home away from home experience. Located at the foot of Burnaby Mountain, you'll find us just a short distance from Simon Fraser University. Private entrance Guest Suite that sleeps up to 3 guests. Free guest parking on site. Please come in through the side gate on the left side of the house. You'll find the classic guest suite, also known as room 1, as the second door on your right. Feel free to give us a call anytime between 7am to 10pm, or send a text or email 24 hours a day. I'm here whenever you want to chat or need anything. It’s only 5mins driving distance to Burnaby Mountain and Simone Fraser University. It’s less 1 minute walk to public transportation. Bus 144 and 129 are steps away from Guest Suite. No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties. We don’t rent room for parties or gatherings of any nature!!! To help people get a better idea of location, the Guest Suite is near Hastings Street and Duthie Ave in Burnaby. This might be a perfect location for some people and might not work for some. We are in a residential area, there is no shop or restaurant in walking distance. The Guest Suite is close to shopping, restaurants, highway access, and main roads.
