Deluxe 10th Floor Corner Condo at Sugar Mountain's Peak

This deluxe condo is at the very top of Sugar Top on the summit of Sugar Mountain. The private deck of this corner unit condo overlooks the ski slopes at an elevation of 5,282 ft. and provides a panoramic 230 degree view of the North Carolina Blue Ridge and Tennessee Smokey Mountains. This unit is beautifully decorated and features soft colors for a relaxing feel. It can accommodate 4 people with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and King sized sleeper sofa in the living area. A large flat screen TV are also available in the living area and a flat-screen LCD TV is available in the master bedroom. Beautiful art accents this luxurious condo in addition to a decorative electric fireplace. A washer and dryer are provided for your use. From the hall an elevator will take you down into the main lobby where you may dip into the indoor pool and Jacuzzi or spend some time in the sauna. Sugar Top has a shuttle system if you’re unable to park in the main lot during the busy seasons. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Our SugarTop Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS.

Great views!! Nice condo, clean, would stay again. Small things - main bathtub didn’t seem to drain well, the bedroom ceiling fan and light didn’t work. Blinds in the bedroom would be nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had the best time at this rental, it is in a prime location you can see all the mountains not to mention it’s on the top floor in a corner so you have some privacy. We had no issue parking, and there was a binder with lots of recommendations for activities and places to eat. if I could give this place a million stars i would!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The top floor, end unit location offers spectacular mountain & sky views from this renovated condo. The queen bed was comfortable, however, being a 1 bedroom unit a king bed is preferable. Management was responsive to several requests & issues.

Nice place, with transportation issues

Property was overall nice. The light/fan in bedroom didn't work. Flower vase at fireplace was broken and leg to chair in living room not connected, but used to prop up chair. The biggest problem was the shuttle service we didn't know we would have to use. We had to park at lots below the condo and use their shuttle service to get back and forth when going to car. It seemed individuals were hired by condo to drive and it was overall just a hassle when trying to go to and from condo. Don't recommend this property when inclimate weather is expected, like snow.

Ski Weekend

Condo was beautiful and kitchen well stocked. Couple suggestions to make it even better: Add blinds or curtains to windows for better sleeping and put small trash cans in the bathrooms. We didn't mind, but the lack of privacy between the bedroom and living area due to a tinted glass wall may be an issue for some.
