We truly appreciate your perspective, especially given your background in residential community development. While we’ve never experienced power outages in the past, this was an unusual occurrence affecting the entire area, and we understand how frustrating it can be. The road construction was also something we were only made aware of the day before it began, much to our surprise as well. We’ve already spoken with the HOA manager to request earlier notifications moving forward, and the good news is that this work will be completed very soon. Your suggestions regarding a generator and HVAC noise are excellent, and we’ll be sharing them with the homeowner. We’re committed to making improvements wherever possible, and your insights are invaluable in that process. We’re so glad you still enjoyed your time here despite these rare inconveniences, and we would love the chance to welcome you back for an even more seamless experience in the future.
