The room was really clean, the bed was comfy, and view amazing. Having a kitchenette was wonderful. Check-in was great and having valet and bell service to take my bags to my room were so convenient. Had a great time at the pool area and lazy river.

Great room and location! I sleep hot and was nice to be able to crank the A/C down and had a box fan that I used to keep me cool at night!The only downside was the shower pressure. Host sent someone out to fix it and it was better for a day or two, but as I was leaving the pressure dropped again. Hopefully this can be remedied soon, but even with that I wouldn’t mind coming back.

Great room, as advertised. Christine at the front desk was outstanding. Communication with owner was seamless. Battery in the door went dead locking me out and the staff had it fixed in less than 10 minutes.

Mark was an excellent host. He was very responsive throughout and helped us with all our needs. The apartment looks just like the pictures, and as other guests have said, there’s a fantastic view of the strip. The Signature Towers are a nice place to stay with hotel amenities, and the free valet parking was a great bonus. As others have mentioned, it is off the strip but very close and there is a route via walkways to the MGM grand as well as a relatively short walk to Planet Hollywood and other nearby places. We would definitely book this apartment again. Thanks Mark for the great stay!

Fantastic stay! Great location with easy access to Starbucks in the lobby, pools at the signature or a short walk along moving walkways inside to the MGM pool area with lazy river. Monorail is easy to access also. Room was clean ,quiet and spacious and super comfy bed. Loved the location being in a smoke free quieter building but really close to all the activity at the MGM. Clear easy communication with the owner. Loved our stay!

I'm live in Charlotte, NC and have enjoyed visiting Las Vegas since my first visit in 1987 (stayed at the Dunes which is approximately where the Bellagio Fountains are now!). I have 3 properties at Signature on VRBO (listings 344994 & 397813) and a beach property in Holden Beach, NC (listing 751993).

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

In 2010 I closed on a 23rd floor strip side unit in tower 3, that was a short sale. I've had good experience renting it through VRBO, and purchased a 15th floor strip side unit in tower 3 in January 2012, and then this 23rd floor strip side unit in tower in June 2012.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view from the 23rd floor of tower 1 is fantastic! There is a nice view of City Center (Mandarin & Aria), Monte Carlo and NY NY. The climate controlled walkway with moving sidewalks will have you at the MGM Convention Center/Pool Entrance and Studio Walk is just a couple minutes. The MGM monorail stop is just around the corner as well.

Personally I use the onsite exercise room daily, and the free wireless internet for my guests is widely appreciated (there is nothing worse than having to pay $15-20 daily to check your e-mail!)

Each of the 3 Signature towers has a pool and hot tubs. The pool in the middle (at tower 2) is heated year round at 85 degrees and gets plenty of winter time use. Guests can also use the very nice MGM pool during season at no cost.

The hot tubs are operational year round, including of course the ones at the tower 1 pool, and are nice in the colder months.
