This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the Pine Mountain Lake community comfortably sleeps 15 and offers the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and fun for your next family vacation. Located just 25 miles from the gates of Yosemite National Park, you`ll have easy access to all the wonders of this natural wonderland while enjoying the peace and tranquility of our private community.

Spacious and Comfortable: With 5 bedrooms and ample living space, there`s room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Family Fun Central: A dedicated game room with a pool table and TV guarantees hours of entertainment, while the backyard is an outdoor oasis featuring a hot tub, fire pit, tetherball, and a hammock. Don`t forget the board games and kids` books for cozy evenings in!

Nature at Your Doorstep: Enjoy easy access to Pine Mountain Lake with its beautiful beaches, boating, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, and convenient water taxis. The surrounding area is teeming with wildlife – keep an eye out for deer, turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, woodpeckers, and even owls!

- Only small pets allowed for a small fee
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- We are happy to provide early check in or late checkout if possible. It does not hurt to check a day before.
- We do have a generator in case there is an outage.
- Our checkout process is very short and stress free. We do not give you a long laundry list of things to do. We understand that it is your vacation. Our cleaning crew will take care of most of the things for you.

Other things to note
To help facilitate your entry into the community, we will need to register your details in advance. This is simply a part of the community`s procedures to maintain its tranquility and security, which we hope contributes to the peace and safety of your stay.

Upon your arrival, there will be a nominal Guest Permit fee of $46 per car to access the community and roadways. This can be taken care of directly at the gate upon your arrival. This permit remains valid for up to 7 days, and it`s a community-wide policy that applies to all visitors.

We understand that additional fees can be a surprise, and we hope this advance notice helps you in planning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which is ultimately designed to maintain the serene and secure environment that makes our community special.
