Welcome to our downtown Airbnb, a historic gem that has stood since 1890. We've crafted a space with vibrant touches, ensuring your stay is as delightful as the rich history right outside. Our space is an open concept studio, with a full kitchen, one queen bed, a pullout sofa bed that sleeps two, full bath, and full size washer and dryer. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. As you explore the down town area just outside the BNB, you'll discover an array of fantastic restaurants, excellent shopping, and just 3 blocks from the UCM campus.

A fabulous little spot in the heart of downtown. The space is great, well kept, and cozy for a home-like stay. Will be looking to return in future trips.

So much to do in downtown Warrensburg! Loved being able to walk everywhere, parking was easy, even during Parents Weekend at UCM.The apartment feels like an artists loft—very fun vibe. It was well appointed and very clean! You can’t go wrong choosing this place!!

Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from UCM. Fantastic property right downtown and within walking distance of Pine Street.

Kitchen dreams do come true! I stayed here for a month and left wishing I could buy it. It was so nice to walk to Legends Gym, have multiple coffee options and walked to all the cool dinner spots. I especially loved the open layout. The place is fully stocked. Enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the month. It had an hair dryer and towels. And washer and dryer with laundry soap. The stairs are steep so I don’t recommend for elderly or non able bodied people. Overall, I loved my stay.

Loved it!

I stayed here for two weeks while I was taking an aviation maintenance course in Kingsville(about 30 minutes away). This studio was really great to come back to every day and had everything that I needed. Parking is usually pretty easy to find in the city lots that are about a 1-2 minute walk away, but just be aware if there is a large event(like a parade) because you might have to park in a lot that is just a little bit further away(5-minute walk). Everything was clean and had a really great vibe to it!

The Location was great! There were lots of places within walking distance & only a 5 mins drive to the UCM Football Stadium...or a 30 mins walk! The Studio was very nice & had everything we needed. It was easy to access, easy to check-in & easy to find parking when we couldn't park overnight out in front of the building....& free parking which was great!The only negative comments, which would NOT deter us from staying there again.....it was pretty loud while trying to sleep at night....the amount of Hot Rod Vehicles flying down the street, since it is on the main "drag", during the middle of the night was pretty annoying. The Amtrak Train Stop is also only a block away so it definitely woke us up when a Train came through at least 2 times each night when we were sleeping & blew their whistle. Also, the streetlight is right outside the window where the bed is...& it flashes, for some reason, so that wasn't ideal, as well. I would recommend a Sound Machine placed by the Bed (or we used a "Fan" App on our Phone to try to drown out the noise), & perhaps Disposable Ear Plugs (which we used the 2nd night) & Sleeping Masks....the Owner may also want to invest in a Blackout Curtain Liner for that Window, as well.Again, we loved the Place & everything in it! The Couch was also super comfortable when you opened it up. The Kitchen had everything you would need. The Bathroom was a really nice size (however, don't spend too much time in the Shower if more than 1 person is showering)
