This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a serene atmosphere for both relaxation and productivity. Enjoy a huge yard that wraps around the house, maintained effortlessly by our robot lawn mower ‘Hubert’. With plenty of windows flooding the space with natural light, you'll find it easy to unwind or work from home in comfort. The main level features an open-layout kitchen with a breakfast table for four, a spacious sunken living room with access to a large deck, a dedicated workspace with a desk, a formal dining area that seats 8+, a second living room that can double as an additional workspace, one bedroom, a half bathroom, and a laundry room equipped with a large-capacity washer and dryer. The home is climate-controlled with a smart Google Nest thermostat.

Kitchen: Well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, a toaster, hand mixer, sheet pan, muffin pan, blender, measuring cups, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, and more. Stainless steel appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, and glass oven with convection/air fryer mode.

Coffee: Stainless steel Keurig with a selection of starter coffee, tea, cocoa pods, and a reusable K-Cup. As well as a drip coffee machine. If you're looking for the best coffee beans in Spokane, we'd be happy to recommend some local favorites!

Living Room: Equipped with a Roku smart TV, a large, comfy convertible sectional (perfect for movie nights), leather chairs, a leather recliner, and plenty of blankets for cozying up by the gas fireplace.

Second Living Room: A relaxing room with a large couch and chairs in front of the windows. It can also double as additional workspace/office with tons of natural light.

Dining: A solid oak dining table with seating for 8+.

Workspace: Features a large wooden desk, comfortable chair, laptop stand, and task lamp.

Bedroom (Main Level): Queen-sized bed with a hybrid mattress, topped with a plush memory foam layer for added comfort.

Bathroom: Half bath with bidet.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed with a Purple mattress on an adjustable frame. There’s a walk-in closet and two additional closets for ample clothes storage.

Ensuite Bathroom: Full bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk in shower and jetted tub.


2nd Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a 12” cooling memory foam mattress.


3rd Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a hybrid pillow top mattress.

Additional Bathroom: Full bathroom featuring a single-sink vanity and a tub-shower combo with a dual-function showerhead, offering both standard and rainhead options.

The home sits on a large lot with a fenced backyard (note: small dogs may be able to fit under the gates).

- There’s a 3-car garage with remote access, additional driveway parking, and plenty of street parking available.
