Guests have access to the community’s private amenities, including:

• Fishing dock and kayak launch (located just up the road from the beach)

Kayaks:
Two kayaks are provided with the rental. Guests must arrange their own transportation to the boat launch.

Important – Information Required Upon Booking:
To access community amenities, please provide your driver’s license and vehicle information at the time of booking:
• License plate number and state
• Vehicle color, make, and model

This information is used to generate your parking pass. Without it, you will not be permitted to use the amenities. Security will deliver the parking pass to the house mailbox, and it must be displayed while using any community facilities.

By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules and hot tub rules. A hard copy of these rules can be found in the house manual at the rental.
