Located in the historical Ocotillo Lodge, our unit is one of a few exclusive bungalow suites, distinguished by its large east-facing, private patio. Enjoy modern amenities and stylized nods to Palm Springs` colorful history. Have a morning coffee in the light of the golden sunrise, or experience a magical sunset overlooking the mountain views. As featured in the Spring 2026 issue of Atomic Ranch magazine and Modernism Week, this newly renovated one-bedroom unit has tons of natural light coming from floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in all rooms, along with living room windows that face the surrounding mountains. You truly enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living as our quiet, private patio is one of the most spacious in the entire complex. Offering picture-perfect views of the mountains all around the unit, as well as a BBQ Grill, you have the opportunity to enjoy meals al-fresco, under the desert sky.
The stylish bungalow decor takes inspiration from the colors & textures of the desert landscape. Meticulous details & accents bring outdoor elements indoors, evoking a seamless experience of the soothing, natural surroundings that Palm Springs is known for.
Quiet and tranquil, our bedroom features a plush Queen-sized bed and soft cotton sheets to give you that perfect night of sleep. The living room is spacious and airy, with mid-century modern inspired pieces that evoke the elegance of Palm Springs` heyday. The kitchen is fully stocked, and has a dishwasher for your convenience.
Originally built in 1956 by famed architects William Krisel & the Alexanders, the historically designated Ocotillo Lodge started out as a hotel, and is one of Palm Springs` most stunning mid-century gems. As a guest, you will have full access to the facilities, including the famous champagne-cork shaped pool, two hot tubs, fitness room, and lush desert landscaping. You`ll truly feel like one of the many celebrities who have frequented this famous hangout spot over the years.
Ours is truly a special unit, located in one of the best examples of mid-century architecture that Palm Springs has to offer. Come and stay, and live your best Palm Springs life!

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. They will take care of everything from check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. They are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
Our property is centrally located in Palm Springs. Nearby attractions include the many restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Palm Springs, the galleries and hot spots of the Uptown Design District, the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Palm Springs Air Museum.
The Ocotillo Lodge is a quick Uber or taxi ride from Palm Springs International Airport. It’s also surrounded by an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. Grocery stores and gyms are all close by, and we provide recommendations for anything you might need.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!** Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 6 people. -Overnight occupancy is 2 people. - Maximum of 1 vehicle allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in. - The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE - Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM. - Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour. - Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS - One pet is allowed (under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100. Pet must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Having more than one pet will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING - The entire complex is a smoke-free property. Any signs of smoking in the unit or on the patio will incur an additional $250 fee.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings) Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay: ● $99: 1-29 nights ● $450: 30-59 nights ● $150: each additional 30-night block

Twin Palms Mid Century Bungalow
We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay at this beautiful bungalow in Ocotillo Lodge. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We especially liked walking every morning in the Twin Palms neighborhood in Indian Canyons. We can't wait to come back next January!
