Cette grande casita moderne du milieu du siècle est située dans le magnifique quartier Sunmor de Palm Springs. Hauts plafonds et sols en carreaux de céramique partout. La cuisine complète a tout, y compris une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur. Lit king très confortable.
Beaucoup de fenêtres laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Entrée de rue privée dans une rue séparée de la maison principale. La casita a sa propre cour privée; séparé de la maison principale.
Il y a une belle piscine en forme de coeur dans la cour principale, qui est à l'usage exclusif des clients. La piscine est privée et chauffée entre le 1 mars au fin d'Octobre

Great location! Although there is some light street traffic and an occasional plane taking off from the nearby airport, the neighborhood is otherwise very quiet and walkable. The house itself is adorable and has everything you need, especially if you are looking for a private pool. Lots of hummingbirds for bird lovers!

We are also a VRBO Superhost, this property and process is why VRBO exist. Clean, beautiful home. Host was great with communication and dinner recommendations were spot on. We loved spending time at the pool early before exploring the area in the afternoon. We are East Coasters and the area is amazing to explore.It probably is obvious we had a great time and this property was an integral part of this trip.

I would def come back again. I came with a friend and my dog as nearly the last stop on a cross country move to LA. We couldn't quite move into our house so we stayed here for a week. I loved it! It was very hot in Aug, but the pool and AC helped a lot. My friend only stayed a couple of nights. The place was a great for me and my dog, especially to do some laundry, repack, cook some meals and dip in the pool (just me!).We will def be back!

The Hollywood House was everything we imagined it to be and more! My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with relaxing getaway here and loved everything about the property. We are huge fans of mid century modern design so we loved the entire aesthetic -from the furniture and books, to the awesome art posters and vintage photos around the house. The pool was fantastic and was just what we needed. The house was very clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We can tell that this property is loved and well cared for. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again.

Second time staying here - again, did not disappoint! Super clean. Can’t beat private pool with relaxing floaties; I was on all day. Again, my pup had the time of his life. Very private. Beautiful mountain sunsets from backyard. Easy parking. Tons of outdoor furniture you can lounge on. Has everything you could ask for. Like I said last time- we’ll be back! Thank you!

We absolutely loved this property! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated (cool retro vibe), and had such a wonderful fresh smell inside that immediately made it feel welcoming and relaxing.The pool area was amazing — we spent so much time out there enjoying the Palm Springs sunshine. The location is also fantastic, super convenient and close to town, making it easy to get around and explore everything nearby.This place truly checked every box. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palm Springs!

This was my husband & I’s first time doing a VRBO rental and it has definitely set the bar high for us! The house is absolutely amazing! The decorating cool and ecliptic. The hosts have thought of everything guests might need when staying here ie: kitchen supplies, bedding, games, fans, bicycles & swimming floats. The outdoor area and pool were awesome!! We enjoyed all the outdoor seating too! We loved the pool & the water was the perfect temperature at all times! The foliage was so colorful and we loved watching all the hummingbirds and birds that were around us. We really appreciated the gated parking too!

Perfect place for my boyfriend and I for the weekend, it met all our expectations! We loved the convenience of having our own entrance to go in and out from. Everything about this place felt so comfortable from the bed to the kitchen that was stocked with all dishes we needed, plus the chilled wine and glasses in the fridge upon arrival was the sweetest gesture.

When we arrived at the rental we were surprised to find that the owner lives on the same property, in front of the pool, separated by a slatted semi-private wooden gate. We never saw the owner, he was quick to communicate and he stated they do not go into the rental area.The property and unit was very clean, stylish, well kept, good AC and the pool was nice but has a 10pm curfew I did not see listed online.

Live here with my two Irish Setters. They are very gentle and sweet. They do not have access to any of the guest areas.

Guest house was built for Elizabeth Taylor and Eva Gabor that came to visit the second home owner. It is very spacious and has the same Mid-Century Modern architectural style as the main house.
The neighborhood is a time warp from the 1950's and 1960's. It has been beautifully restored.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (I had a restaurant so I know what that means). Very spacious property both inside and outside. Private yard with private entrance from the street.
Property is fully fenced and designed to offer you maximum privacy. Enter through an electronic gate and enter your private oasis.
