A suggestion is couple rolls of extra toilet paper and more than one garbage bag in the kitchen. Put a dishrack in the kitchen. Our stay was clean and overall good. We enjoyed our time there.

Lovely little place. Very clean. Just couldn't find hardly any outlets that worked to charge our electronics! Ended up having to leave our phones in the kitchen overnight. But would still stay there again. Lovely. Quiet. Very clean.

The location was excellent! So close to everything. Big beds and fully functional kitchen. I will say that the blinds in the front of the house and on the door could have been better but wasn’t a huge issue. The house could have been cleaned a bit better but for the most part it was well kept. The A/C worked great which is a huge plus for us. Host’s communication was excellent and helpful! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Quiet & Comfortable

Great Location, so close to everything you need. River access is right across the lawn. Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable for relaxing & felt safe. Missing a few kitchen items but overall had no issues.

Baseball weekend

My wife and I brought our two boys up for a weekend baseball tournament. The condo was a perfect fit for the four of us. Great location and so comfortable inside. Very nice and well maintained. The grassy area in front was great for wiffle ball and exploring the river.

Helen Bike Ride

The property was as described, rooms were clean, comms w owner/manager were easy.Some tips on how to get to the unit would be useful - Google Map chooses a generic location on the street, signs on street to units are minimal. Great location, would stay again

Family Reunion

We loved the location of this unit!! The weather was very hot ,95 plus every day.We were thankful for the AC that worked very well!! Not so much for other places we went to.It is on the river which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was awesome although we only used it twice because it was so hot out ,evening included.

Good spot with a view of the river.

Everything was good. The only problem was the hot water in the shower never really even got warm. Other than that, everything from location to amenities was really nice.

When my daughter and I arrived at the town home, everything was clean and nice; however, it was freezing in the unit. There is a separate air county inside the place; but, the maintenance man explained that ithe system was centrally run in all the units. The ones on the reverse side were in the sun so they put the temperature way down to keep theirs cool while ours had more shade and no matter what we did, the temperature would not go up to say 72. We purchased a thermometer and it read 62-65 and at night even colder. I messaged the Host which told me there were two heaters in there so run them. We closed the vents and turned off the unit’s air conditioner and it was still cold. We had to go purchase sweat shirts and sweaters to go over two sets of other clothing and were still cold! We stayed outside as much as possible in temperatures to almost 100 for the week. It was miserable for us as we slept under lots of blankets. Also there was one partial ( about half) a roll of toilet paper. I didn’t complain about this because I was afraid he would tell me to us paper towels or something like that. To summarize: the would NOT book here again and the next time I do book, I’ll ask if the unit has a separate air conditioner and not one that we cannot control. Out stay would have been nicer if the host had accommodated us better.

Check in was horrible. No instructions whatsoever. Hard to find unit . Host wouldn't respond had to search for help.from locals. No wifi password.

Everything was clean and nice. Beds were very comfy! Great location especially if you are going to the water park when it is open May-August. You can actually see the water park from the hot tub as you relax. Plenty of towels to use. Enjoyed staying there :0)Only real complaint...The hot tub was very nice, but had a funky smell. Suggestions: There weren't any pans for the oven to cook anything. A pizza cutter would have been nice, too.
