Perched on 12 acres atop the Shawangunk Mountain Range, enjoy stunning views over the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. With elegant interiors, a cozy fireplace, modern kitchen, child-friendly amenities and an elevated deck for outdoor dining, pool & hot tub(seasonal), it’s the perfect escape for relaxation, adventure, and unmatched natural beauty.



The Space:

As you enter the home, elegant open-concept interiors greet you with tall cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and expansive custom windows that flood the home with natural light and showcase the spectacular mountain views. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time, with a grand sectional sofa warmed by the fireplace and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. A beautiful natural wood dining table sits alongside the window wall for picturesque indoor dining, and families with little ones will appreciate the charming children's dining table, ensuring that every guest feels at home.



The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with high-end appliances, a spacious island, and an eat-in bar. Multiple sliding doors open to the elevated deck, seamlessly blending your indoor and outdoor spaces. The bedroom features a king bed, a convenient workspace and doors that open directly onto the deck where you can savor your morning coffee while basking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The ensuite bathroom is a true oasis, featuring a rejuvenating soaking jacuzzi tub and a chic double vanity sink, inviting you to unwind in style and comfort.



Upstairs, two inviting guest bedrooms await, thoughtfully designed to accommodate all your guests. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a full crib, and connects to a delightful children's room equipped with a toddler bed and plenty of toys to keep little ones entertained. The second upstairs bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and a convenient workspace, ideal for those who need to stay connected while enjoying their retreat. A shared full bathroom completes this level.



Downstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—share a third full bathroom. The lower-level living room offers yet another great hangout space, with a comfy sofa, TV, and direct access to the lower deck and pool area. The Neighborhood:

Middletown, NY, nestled in the scenic Hudson Valley, offers a blend of small-town charm and modern conveniences. Popular attractions include the Galleria at Crystal Run for shopping and dining, and the historic Paramount Theatre for live performances and film screenings. In summer, enjoy hiking at Highland Lakes State Park or visit Soons Orchards for farm-fresh produce and seasonal events. Winter brings nearby skiing at Mount Peter and snowshoeing trails in the Shawangunk Mountains. Popular spots like Clemson Bros. Brewery offer great food and craft beer. Just a short drive from the Catskills, Middletown serves as a perfect year-round getaway.



Getting Around:

Casa Manzara is just 2.5 hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get enjoy the region. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads. There is plenty of parking on the premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Please note that the pool and hot tub are available during the summer season only. Pool & hot tub closing is Oct 1, 2025.

* The pool is heated up to 70 degrees, complimentary. If you desire additional heating, there is a fee, please inquire for more information. There is a minimum of 2 nights charge for pool heating and the cost ranges from $200-$300 total for pool heating.



*The hot tub and pool run off the same heating mechanism so the hot tub or pool heater have to be run separately and cannot be run at the same time. The hot tub heat and pool heat are controlled by us via an app, so you'll need to send us a message when you want one or the other running.



* Pool Depth - It's 4ft on the shallower end and close to 8ft on the deep end. There's the tanning platform on the shallower end, which is around 1ft deep, which is great for kids to play.
