The Space:
Experience the ultimate Steamboat getaway at Herbage B1, a spacious multi-level end-unit townhome that offers privacy and comfort. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this inviting property is perfectly suited for extended families, multiple couples, or group trips with friends. Ideally situated just up the hill from the gondola and base area, youâll have easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Additionally, the free bus stop is conveniently located right across the street, providing quick access to the slopes and downtown Steamboatâjust a 5-minute ride away.
Upon entry, the middle level welcomes you with beautiful wood flooring, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, and tasteful artwork that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The recently renovated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, elegant wood cabinetry, and sleek black appliances. With seating for three at the bar and a large dining table that accommodates six, this area is ideal for family meals or entertaining.
Step down into the comfortable living room, where expansive windows let the natural light shine through. Relax by the gas stove fireplace or watch your favorite shows on the 65â Smart TV. The living area also includes a queen sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping options.
From the living room, step out onto the private deck to enjoy the new hot tub. For further relaxation, take advantage of the unitâs private dry saunaâperfect after a long day on the slopes.
Sleeping arrangements include:
-The primary suite on the top floor, featuring a king-size Tempurpedic mattress, large flat-screen TV, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combo.
A second bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and flat-screen TV, located adjacent to a full bathroom with dual sinks and a tub-shower combo.
A third bedroom on the lower level, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also includes an oversized washer and dryer, as well as a boot dryer for added convenience.
A loft area on a separate level between the main and top floors, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed and a comfortable leather recliner.
Additional features of this home include bidets in each bathroom, two pack-n-play travel cribs, two hot water heaters, ensuring ample water pressure and availability for larger groups, as well as abundant storage throughout the unit. While the home does not have air conditioning, fans are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Enjoy access to the community pool (summer only). Please check with us if you're booking in late spring or early fall to confirm the pool is operational during your stay.
The property offers one reserved parking space directly in front of the townhome, as well as an unassigned guest parking spot. Please note that RVs, campers, and trailers are not permitted to park in the driveway or on the street due to HOA regulations.
