From the moment you take your first glimpse at this house you will see just how unique it truly is, and what sets it apart from others. You can start with its sprawling size (nearly 6000 sqft), luxury finishes, incredible location, and unmatched salt marsh to ocean views. You will be hard pressed to find another home that truly showcases what is so special about the Low Country and Hilton Head Island as this one does.

Overview of the house:

The house was designed to provide guests with an unrivaled vacation experience. The owner worked closely with the architect, builder, and designer to create the perfect beach retreat. His goal was to offer a one of kind experience that would showcase the homes architecture, luxury finishes, and sprawling size while maintaining the natural beauty that brings people to Hilton Head Island. Drawing from his own experience on previous beach vacations, he wanted to make sure the house had plenty of room for multiple families/groups to really spread out. This allows guests to enjoy their time together, yet still gives everyone their own unique space to relax without feeling cramped. The house is three stories over parking and encompasses around 6,000 heated/cooled sqft. It has ten bedrooms (multiple master bedrooms) and nine full bathrooms. Each of the three living levels has its own own living room, dining area, wet bar, laundry room, and oceanside deck. It also has a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table. The pool and lanai area is elavted and located oceanside with plenty of seating, access to a full-size outdoor bath, dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill. There is a 5 car garage as well as a driveway to accommodate up to 8 vehicles.


Overview of the immediate surroundings:

The house is located mid Island on Hilton Head near Burkes Beach. This is the newest Oceanside community on Hilton Head Island. The homes are young, beautiful, and are a perfect compliment to their low country surroundings. Burkes Beach is adjacent to Chaplin Community park which features bike trails, sports fields, picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts (coming soon), kids play park, and nature trails. Since this is mid island, you are right in the middle of everything Hilton Head has to offer. Within just a few miles you can walk, bike, or take a short drive to any number of restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses, marinas, as well as nature & cultural sites unique to Hilton Head Island.


Overview of Hilton Head Island:

Hilton Head Island is known for its natural beauty, including white-sand beaches and wildlife. The incredible resort town and its 12 miles of beach is heaven for those looking for outdoor leisure travel. Guests and residents enjoy access to tennis, volleyball, polo, charter fishing, cycling, kayaking, equestrian, and some of the best fairways in the country year round. In between beach time and outdoor exploration, there are more restaurants to try than your stomach can handle, as well as ritzy shopping centers to visit and tons of historical and natural sites to visit. Of course you don't want to miss the colorful Harbour Town Lighthouse, the island's most Iconic symbol, while visiting Harbor Town Marina or grabbing a t-shirt from the world renowned Salty Dog in at South Beach Marina.

Overview of the low country:

The Lowcountry (also known as the Low Country) is an area that stretches from Charleston South Carolina along the coast and down to Savannah, Georgia. This area has a culture, geography, architecture, economy, and even cuisine all its own. Its unique climate, landscape, and slow, Southern pace of life appeals to many, making it a favorite destination for tourists from all over the world. With visions of shrimp boats, palmetto trees, big front porches with rocking chairs, and pitchers of sweet tea- what’s not to love about the SC Lowcountry? Day trips from Hilton Head to Savannah by boat and car are only about 45 minutes away. Beaufort, South Carolina also makes for quick day trip and is only about 45 min away. Charleston is a bit further, roughly 2 hours away, but can still easily be explored in a day.

*****The Elevator nor the house are considered ADA compliant. The elevators use is solely considered a convenience use item for things like groceries and luggage. It can be operated and ridden by adults only and at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if elevator fee is paid it does not guarantee guest use. Although we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking, this is a house with multiple levels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs this property may not be a good fit for you.
