Great place to stay. It was clean and organized. Our family enjoyed this location, what it had to provide, and the host was great.

Our two families with young kids had a nice stay at this property. We liked the open layout of the living room, dining room, and large kitchen. There were enough plates, bowls, cups and utensils, towels, and other supplies to make our stay comfortable. The house was clean and warm, and four cars can easily park in the driveway. There are three bedrooms on the first floor with a full bath, and a somewhat finish basement with another bed. The beds were on the harder side, with only one bedroom was furnished (eg dresser, nightstand). Some of the decorations and the bathroom were dated, but overall a cozy stay. Kenneth was very responsive, and check in/check out was very easy. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Overall great spot and very clean. Lots of space to accommodate large groups, and the listing is transparent. The only reason I took off 1 star is all of the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, which unfortunately would keep me from rebooking. However, if that doesn’t bother you, this place is a great little spot to stay the night if you’re in the area.

It was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. The house has been well loved and is tastefully decorated. All bedrooms can sleep 2 easily in same bed.... BUT...The toilet leaks, the bathroom sink is clogged, the bathtub needs draino also.... Front screen door needs realigning as does the back screen patio door. Need new pots/ pans. Is there mold in the downstairs bedroom? Car in front needs to towed. Need landscaping or cleaning up especially in the back. Actually, these are all minor easy fixes... Overall, I would recommend the house...

Springfield Museums

Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental.
