The home is part of a back-to-back two-family property with its own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces.

• Free street parking is available on Kimberly Ave. Please note that parking is not permitted on the side of the street directly next to the house from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. After 6:00 PM, parking is permitted on either side of the street.
