Il suffit de prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas de la remontĂ©e mĂ©canique principale. Notre condo studio 500 SF (UnitĂ© 425) est situĂ© au 4Ăšme Ă©tage du bĂątiment Eolus qui est situĂ© au cƓur de la place principale - pour rendre vos vacances aussi confortables que possible.

La vue sur la chaßne de montagnes Needles depuis le balcon privé est incroyable.

Il y a aussi un foyer au bois (bois fourni), un accĂšs Internet haut dĂ©bit sans fil gratuit et une place de parking souterrain. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'ustensiles de cuisine, de casseroles / poĂȘles, etc., ainsi que d'un lave-linge / sĂšche-linge.

Il y a un lit queen (pas un lit escamotable) et un matelas queen avec pompe pour dormir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il y a un espace de stationnement désigné pour chaque unité. Vous pouvez garer des véhicules supplémentaires dans les principaux terrains de ski.

Réservez au moins une semaine et une réduction de 10% est automatiquement appliquée.

Pour un supplĂ©ment de 4%, vous aurez accĂšs au Durango Mountain Club, qui comprend une piscine extĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e avec toboggan, un bain Ă  remous extĂ©rieur et une salle de sport. La taxe de sĂ©jour de 4% incluse dans le devis est la taxe de sĂ©jour obligatoire qui doit ĂȘtre facturĂ©e et ne permet pas l'accĂšs au Durango Mountain Club. Lors de la rĂ©servation, indiquez simplement si vous souhaitez que la taxe de sĂ©jour de 4% supplĂ©mentaire soit ajoutĂ©e.

Excellent location if you prefer mountain activities

Overall ok accommodation. Cooking is challenging and refrig is small. restaurant choice nearby is limited. Every other aspect was convenient (parking, village access, etc).

CLOSE TO LIFT!

The unit was dated, but we were comfortable. It REALLY REALLY NEEDS BETTER CURTAINS! What was there barely covered the windows. If you are a light sleeper, the sun will wake you up as it shines in. The television was not hooked up and there was a tangle/mess of cords in the back. My husband was able to figure it out so we could watch the TV, but that should have already been done. We were there to ski and it was easy to get to the lift; so that was great.

Great Stay for Couple

We loved the location and views. Check in was very easy. All the communication before our stay that was needed, was sent to us in a timely manner. I see it is on the listing now but wasn't when we booked, but the divider by the where the bed is at was a big plus. Very close to lifts 4 and 1. Wonderful to be able to have our vehicle parked in parking garage. since no one was coming in right after us, we easily were able to extend out stay by a day since they had just had big snow. It also was great to have washer an dryer in unit. Simply decorated but very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Love the mountains!

Like the location & especially the garage parking. The only drawback is the strong scented detergent & dryer sheets used on the linens......a problem for those of us with allergies to fragrances.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Great property. The location was perfect. Not exactly ski in/ski out, but close - ski in, but a short walk to ski out. There were a few things that weren't perfect, but I'd be nitpicking because the location was so good and the unit had pretty much everything we needed. If there was one issue that disappointed, it was the fire wood provided would not burn and I definitely know how to start a fire.

The room has a beautiful view of mountains as well as the Purgatory Express ski lift. It’s a convenient walk to the lift as well as the shops of Purgatory. The bed was comfy and our son had the couch. Any issues were quickly resolved by management which we appreciated. Although the room is small, we were very comfortable and had plants of space for all our gear. Plus the room was super clean! We loved it!

Great location right at the base!

Stayed 3 nights with family of 4 (2 small kids). Location was perfect, main lift is right outside the patio. Also nice to have a designated covered parking spot. Place was clean and comfortable.

Awesome Views, Cozy space

Gorgeous views and cozy space for my husband and I. The hosts were attentive and great communicators!! Very easy to work with:) Overall very clean except the carpet had many stains and burn holes from fireplace we are assuming. We suggested a pillow top or foam pad for bed.

This property is in a great location but could use some updates. It is roomy enough for our family. Our 8 and 11 year old used the pull out but there there no linens. The management company did bring us some the next day.

Great place as long as you don’t need to contact management

Perfect for a couple, could be tight with two... but kitchen was well stocked and the seating area was nice. Ski/board in/out. Perfect view of base. Unfortunately our stay started off rocky... the previous folks broke the oven handle off and the coffee pot was broken. Attempted to work with management but they spent a day and a half arguing that this was so minor and we really should be thankful for being allowed to deal with these inconveniences...

Best location

I have stayed in this location twice and I can’t say enough with how fantastic the location is. So easy to walk right into the ski hill or pop home for lunch. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean. Management group were responsive to my calls immediately. There were a few items that needed fixed but that didn’t interfere with the quality of my stay. Having access to the Durango Fitness Center was also an awesome plus. Kids loved the pool!

Great Location

The location was great and clean but needs some updating. The kitchen doesn't have much counter space. The fridge is a very small fridge. The couch pull out bed was not comfortable but the kids didn't really mind that much. The place was very convenient, right outside lift 4 and short walk to the main express lift. We had a great time! The views were amazing from the 4th floor overlooking the mountain.
