Ski In -ski Out et profitez de la vue sur la montagne depuis votre propre balcon!

C'est l'endroit parfait pour profiter de la montagne à tout moment de l'année. Ceci est un 2/2 chaque chambre a un lit queen size et un canapé-lit en mousse à mémoire de taille dans le salon. L'appartement a tous les draps et une cuisine complète avec tous les ustensiles. L'appartement dispose du chauffage électrique en plus d'une cheminée à bois. Montez sur le balcon pour une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes de San Juan. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous et profitez de la vue. Il suffit de sortir et l'ascenseur central est à 100 pieds ou de skier sur les pistes de lapin. Le parking est inclus juste devant le bâtiment. Il y a aussi une buanderie dans le bâtiment. Profitez des belles vues de notre jacuzzi communautaire intérieur.

Great location, steps away from the ski lifts.

The location is great, 100 meters walking distance from the ski lifts. The condo has all the amenities you need to have to relax after a long skiing day.

Dont recommend Angel Haus Condo

Angel Haus Condo is old and dated. Unprofessional staff/owner. Should have booked with Elk Point Condos, like I've done in the past.

One of my Best Vrbo Stays Ever

This place had absolutely everything to make the trip a success. First, the property manager's communication was outstanding, fast and he always had the correct answers. The apartment was clean, well stocked with cookware and eating utensils. Everything in the place worked great, internet, appliances, lights. The location is right next to the ski hill, and parking is right next to the door. I have stayed at multiple places in Purgatory and this is the best. I don't want to forget about the wood burning stove, adds so much to the comfort of the room. Thanks for a great trip!

The location of this condo was amazing! Being able to ski practically right to your door made it a fun trip for everyone. Great communication with owner.

The condo was top notch. It had everything we needed. It was beautiful inside and the views outside were spectacular. Definitely the best deal you’re going to find to stay at a wonderful resort.

Mt bike trip

Great place to stay if you plan on doing the down hill bike park. Just mins away from the lift, we road our bikes over and didn’t have to worry about parking.

Spacious Condo close to Center of Village

Great property Great Host. Definetly not a ski-in ski out, but walking distance to the main resort and skilift. Nice and Spaciaous well stocked kitchen. Would recommend!

Amazing condo. great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is recently updated and super functional. Short walk to the main lift makes it so convenient. Everything works as expected. Host very helpful and responsive. We already booked again for next year!

Great condo in Purgatory base area

This was a fantastic place to stay for a few days of skiing in Purgatory. Condo was clean and comfortable. Less than 5 min walk to the lift. In-building laundry, parking lot next to the building, and having a dedicated ski locker made the stay really easy. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Condo

We have stayed at this condo several times and are planning on going back this spring break. This is a great condo, great location, and always nice and clean. The owner is very easy to work with and very responsive. This is our "go to" condo.

Great place to stay for skiing

We spent an awesome week in this apartment. We had 45" of snow in two days, so not having to drive anywhere was great. It was clean and ready to go when we got there. All the immensities we needed for our stay were on hand. And being so close to the slopes topped it all off. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We had a great stay during our trip to Purgatory. It was an awesome location, walkable to the lifts. We enjoyed having fires in the evenings as a family. Only complaint was there was construction in the ceiling of the guest bath and several broken items on the patio. Overall, we would stay again! Thank you!

Great condo for easy mountain access

Great 2 bedroom condo/apt. About 100ft walk to lifts. We had all we needed to cook a few dinners and relax and have fun. The community hot tub was much needed after a day on the slopes

A breathtaking view

Wonderful!

We rented this condo for our family Christmas trip to Purgatory. It did not disappoint! The condo has everything you could need! Fully stocked kitchen. Great location! Very comfortable and spacious! The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely booking again for next year!

Clean and Close to the Mountain

Clean space. Comfy beds. Every basic you need. Kitchen isn’t as well stocked as some other VRBOs so bring your own spices, etc and bring your own bathroom supplies if you want more than a very basic 2in1. Really great space overall.

Labor weekend family trip

The place was clean… Just be aware that there’s two bedrooms with two queen beds… And then a sofa couch… I was disappointed that there was no cascade or dishwashing detergent to be able to wash my dishes… I was disappointed there was not extra paper towels… I was also disappointed there was not laundry in my room… There was laundry available with coins or an app down in the basement just to be aware of that

Good location, but disappointed

The housekeeper did not do a good job prior to our arrival. The owner offered to try to get the housekeeper to return, but we had already taken care of it. Working remotely was a challenge, due to poor internet connection. Hot water ran out quickly when showering. Parking can be challenging, but the location of the condo is convenient.

This is our winter home and just love spending the holidays there. The rest of the time it is available for others to enjoy! I live in Miami, Florida and fell in love with Durango the very first time I went. I also have vacation property on Miami Beach and know what guests are looking for so I try to make my places very comfortable and at an affordable price.
