Bungalow charmant, à distance de marche de tout, privé et les animaux de compagnie!

Deux chambres privées, avec salle de bain privée, lits king size et télévisions à écran plat. Le salon dispose d'une télévision intelligente à écran plat de 60 "avec câble numérique HD et lecteur Blue Ray. Asseyez-vous sur le grand porche, dans les fauteuils à bascule et profitez des chênes géants ou assoyez-vous sur le patio arrière encore plus grand et dégagé et profitez du soleil dans votre propre cour arrière privée. Les propriétaires habitent juste à côté, ils peuvent donc régler les problèmes éventuels. Cuisine complète avec cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur côte à côte, mixeur, micro-ondes, Kuerig, barbecue à gaz extérieur et cafetière standard. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également présents pour les longs séjours. Pour ceux qui ont besoin de travailler pendant leur séjour, nous avons un accès Internet rapide et fiable et un espace bureau, à l’extérieur du salon. La télévision de la chambre du milieu a accès à notre système de surveillance en plein air à 8 caméras et 24h sur HDMI 2 pour votre confort.

The home was just as described and pictured. The location was great and the main bedroom was large and comfortable. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to return to this property.

Our family had a nice stay for a birthday celebration. The house is located conveniently to the downtown shops and dining. It was well worth the value. Would definitely stay again.

This home was okay. My only complaint was the water pressure in the showers was so low you could barely get your body wash rinsed off or the shampoo and cream rinse rinsed out of your hair. It is a renovated charming older home.

The stay at this charming bungalow was very relaxing. Everything we needed was there and it was so incredibly clean. We sat outside on the back patio and enjoyed the evenings with our dog. We would love to go back sometime in the cooler months to enjoy the fire pit.

Beautiful gem in Thomasville!

We had a wonderful stay! Cozy property near downtown. Perfect for hot coffee on the front porch in the mornings and fire pit on the back porch in the evenings. Would absolutely stay here again!

We found this little Gem for our daughters graduation. Since Tally was over booked and crazy prices. We decided on Thomasville. The house has a good location to the town which we enjoyed so much. Ok, for the house, yes it had everything we needed for our stay but the beds were not comfortable at all especially for my older parents. The pillows well, I would advise to bring your own. I tried placing #2 together and still they were flat and very uncomfortable/old. I feel bad writing this review but the next guest should be aware. As for older guest, there are no safety bars or removable shower heads to help them Please be mindful of this for any handicaps. The front steps can be difficult for any disabilities. One can enter from the back yard which will lessen walking up the steps.The internet was fast and TV selection was great. The overall neighborhood was quite with no nighttime disruptions. The owner lives next door and can help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Truly only room for 4 people.

Thomasville Visit

Perfect house with easy walking access to downtown. Ideal for two couples because the two bedrooms are both ensuite. Very enjoyable backyard deck with chairs and BBQ. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay. My only complaints are the lack of electrical outlets in middle bedroom, unpleasant smell when entering the house- maybe bug spray and the lock box was broken. When we arrived, the keys were hanging in the open lock box but would be available to anyone who walked up on the porch. I did it but felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the open lock box when we left. The house is comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay despite the things I mentioned.

Enjoyed our time in Thomasville

The property was comfortable however, We found bathrooms not the cleanest, Backporch cushions dirty and Kuerig did not work. There was a drip coffee pot available to use. The area is beautiful and convenient to downtown.

We loved this place. It is perfectly located in walking distance to downtown, a park with disc golf and more, and a plantation winter cottage tour. The house was perfect for our needs. Just the right size. And it had amenities that we didn’t even know about. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in thomasville!!

My name is Tony Garver and my co- owner and business partner is Stewart Roland. As high school friends, we have lived in the area for over 40 years. Together we started an electrical contracting company, that now, has surpassed six and a half years in business. Five years ago, we were given the opportunity, to purchase the home next door and jumped at the chance! It is a beautiful craftsman style home, with bead board ceilings and the original heart pine floors. After a total renovation, we felt that we could not sell what we had completed and that we should, instead, turn it into a short term rental, for others to enjoy!
I am married to my beautiful wife Nicole and we have one year old twins and live right next door to the property. Stewart is married to his beautiful wife Shae and has two children, Seth and Sarah.

This is a beautiful house in a great location! Very spacious, landscaped yard, off the street parking, king size beds, a 60" flat screen tv in the living room, private back patio and large front porch with ceiling fan and rocking chairs. The walk to downtown is less than 10 minutes and carries you through a canopy of 100 year old oak trees. Turn one block early, on your way to down town and see the pride of Thomasville, the Big Oak! Over 300 years old! Turn right, and visit the Thomasville Museum and then walk across the street to the famous Lapham Patterson house.
