Perched above the retail shop, Relish, this fully furnished loft apartment offers incredible views of downtown and is literally steps away from excellent shopping and dining. The loft features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, leather seating, business desk with Wi-Fi, dining table, and walk-in glass shower. Other features include a smart television, custom cushions in front windows, sky light, quality linens and towels, pull-out leather sofa for an additional bed, and a full-size washer/dryer. Doors are equipped with digital key-less entry systems for added convenience and security. The Roost is the ONLY downtown rental of its kind, and is located on the very best block on the classic brick streets. If you are visiting Thomasville, there is no better way to experience downtown. I stayed at The Roost with my mother and two teenage daughters for a girls holiday weekend. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. The space itself was exceptional, it’s even more beautiful and spacious in person. Nicole was a wonderful host, she was very communicative and attentive. We had an issue with the TV upon arrival and Nicole sent Bernadette to assist. She was quick, efficient, and a joy to be around
and she replaced the television with a brand new one in just a couple hours while we were at dinner! We will absolutely be returning to Thomasville and will stay no place else now that we have experienced The Roost!

Perfect place to stay in Thomasville!

This is the best place to stay for a getaway to Thomasville; you can’t beat the location. Steps away from quaint shops and amazing restaurants. We never had to get in the car the whole weekend. The place was meticulously clean, the white socks stayed white while walking around the charming historic wood floors. Nicole, the property manager, was very responsive and was very helpful in the rental process. The property was clean, historic, and perfect for a trip away!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Roost. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown with shopping and dining literally just steps from the door. Though it is located downtown we found it to be very quiet, especially in the evenings. The loft was clean and stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. If you are looking for a weekend trip for two in Thomasville, I highly suggest booking here.

A Downtown with Heart

The Roost is right in the heart of downtown Thomasville, directly on Broad St. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. This VRBO is beautifully decorated in an historic building, but wonderful upgraded amenities. Beautifully decorated and furnished with a well stocked kitchen.

Thomasville Evacuation for Milton

Great location right in the heart of shopping on Broad Street. Apartment was quiet and lots of room to spread out. Kitchen tools were well stocked and there was even a nice desk area to do work. We enjoyed our stay in spite of it being a shelter from a Hurricane. Thomasville businesses even offered discounts to evacuates! Our second time to Thomasville and we would stay here again.

Lovely place! Great loca!

We loved this enormous loft. Bed was a little hard for us. TV is "bring your own streaming app." No cable (not a big deal). You can stream YouTube free as a visitor. Plenty to see there. You should be out buying stuff and eating at the restaurants, anyway. I'm assuming that like us, you aren't watching the news, so that won't be missed! The loft stairs would likely be questionable for anyone with affected mobility. Keyless entry: Perfect. Bring your blue tooth speaker for music. Wireless is good. Modern full kitchen. Shower has a bench seat. You won't find a better location; that is for sure. You are on "the street" with restaurants and shops within a few steps in every direction. Don't miss a lunch or dinner at Jonah's. Q, up the block has good breakfast and cake-size biscuits. Pebble Hill Plantation is a great attraction and has the largest "game" art collection in the country (maybe world? - they'll tell you!). See what it was like in the 50s: Go have meat plus 2 at The Plaza. Martinis are good. It's the oldest restaurant in Georgia, they say. Thomasville is a gem! My first experience was marching in the Rose Parade from 1962 thru 1965. I go back for Jonah's though. Best entrée in Georgia: Fish and grits with collards & Tasso Ham gravy.
