This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone was super comfortable and we loved the pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was exactly as described!

The house was clean and beautiful! The pool was nice and our family enjoyed it! Chicken on the property was a surprise by got use to them but the area by the fire pit was not welcoming. The hostess was wonderful and always answered questions. The Black Barn stand was great and bought some warm sour dough bread and fresh farm eggs! I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Beautiful and amazing house on a gorgeous property! We had plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. We enjoyed the backyard, pool, hot tub and fire pit area. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages and gave us very detailed instructions which was extremely helpful. Beds were very comfortable and each room had its own bathroom which was super convenient. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we are back in the Boise area.

Super cute home in a quiet area. The kitchen was so well stocked. You could really get some cooking done! The mattresses could use a update. But besides that we really enjoyed our stay

Repeat stay

Second time we stayed at this house for our annual golf trip and it still doesn't disappoint. Close to everything and still quiet and secluded at night. Best place to stay while in Boise.

Awesome space for our family reunion. Check in was just as instructed (and very easy), pool time was enjoyed by some while the chairs and loungers was those not in the pool was plentiful to visit. Kitchen had every appliance and tool you could think of, and the separate bar area helped space out to many in the kitchen/cooking zone.

Relaxing and fully stocked retreat

We had a great time at this property. It is fully stocked and has a beautiful layout. Ideal for families with plenty of space for everyone. Very easy to communicate with owner! We spent hours in the pool , total highlight for us.

Great House!

We stayed here for a week to spend time with family that lives in Boise. This house was perfect and the owners were very accommodating. We asked for the pool to be cleaned the first day we used it and it was cleaned for us by the next day. We loved that each room has its own bathroom and the space was great. Would love to stay again in the future if we are able to.

2025 Baseball getaway !

We were there for a 16U baseball tournament, the location was 15-20 minutes away from the 4 high schools we played at. The house was perfect size for our group, it was stocked with everything we needed and the pool was an amazing blessing. By far the nicest house we've stayed at.

Family Grad weekend

Our family gathered from three states for Boise state grad weekend. We had booked another property that cancelled on us last minute, (due to a water leak), and Tammy was gracious about a last minute booking. The home was perfect for us to gather and spend time with grandparents and extended family. The home is beautiful and well equipped with anything you might need for a getaway. Only a short drive to downtown Boise or shopping in Meridian. We'd love to come back some time.

Everything we expected and more..beautiful Large comfortable home..Beds..bedding..pillows high quality..stocked coffee bar..tons of towells..kitchen assesories..Move in ready..Temperature of home set perfectly with the heat..The pool and outdoor area was amazing..only a few snags..freezer was broke..but found out later was a small one in bar area..and remote controls to tvs missing batteries..we just moved them around..Overall was perfect weekend..would definitely stay again!!

We booked this VRBO for friends visiting from out of town for our wedding and it was PERFECT! The home is so beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked with dishes for a group or if entertaining. We booked the additional "event" fee at this property and it was perfect for that as well. We took formal-ish wedding photos on site and the property could not have been more beautiful for this purpose- both inside and out. The host communicated everything with me clearly and in a timely manner and was an big help the day we had a larger group on site. There's ample parking for guests and the pool is fantastic. I seriously can't recommend this listing enough!

4 generations under one roof

Family trip for great geandmother to see her new great grandson. The home has plenty of room for everyone. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom, however the downstairs bath the hot water handle is broken no no hot water at all. The pool is great and my grandson loved swimming and playing on the playset. The house is close to a grocerystore and the express way. The house needs a few repairs but overall it was exactly what we needed for this trip.

Great house, great spacing, beautiful location

This house is so beautiful for a larger group with a private pool to utilize and share, it would be great if the hot tub was working, but that would just be a cherry on top. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is so much space that it doesn't feel a large group is on top of one another. Our family loved the yard, pool and various areas of the house for coffee, conversation, dinners, and games. The cleaning crew and indoor plumbing could use some work but this property is great. You can't ask for a better space. We've been here before and would love to come back again.

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this wonderful home. Beautiful property and landscaping. Plenty of dishes for cooking; and towels for swimming! The pool is excellent (the auto cover is very helpful and safe). Wonderful views of the mountains. Easy to get to Boise or other surrounding areas; including the airport. Plenty of parking onsite. Lovely grounds and landscaping. Please note that the hot tub including in the VBRO listing is not available--that was a bit of a disappointment. Make sure you are clear about the rules for guests. Check out process is easy; we went above and beyond to communicate our thanks for a wonderful stay.

Holiday Happiness

The Great Room was GREAT!! Our family really enjoyed the ability to be together without being crowded!! The bed arrangement should be considered - all beds in the bedrooms should be queen or larger. There was NO closet space, NO hangers - we were unable to hang up any of our dress clothing. We appreciated the larger refrigerator - but part of it didn't work so had food spoil. (The owner did come to repair in a timely manner!) We never did figure out the one oven - baked a turkey and half of it cooked and half of it was raw!???! Loved the hot tub!!! It would be SUPER property in the summer to enjoy the large yard, play equipment and pool!!

What a FUN Staycation!

We decided to spend the week in town with the grandchildren while their parents were working and they were out of school. It was absolutely perfect. I read where there were spiders, etc. outside. Its outside and the summer. The pool was so fun and the added bonus was the amazing property with a playground inside the fence, chickens, and 2 goats. We did enjoy the hammocks, would have a lots more without the kids! Tons of books, games there and just so much fun. Thanks to the great host and hostess.

Disappointing

It was a house with a pool, which is what we wanted ultimately. That being said, it would have been nice to have not had to clean horizontal surfaces from dust and grime within the home, and dust and spiderwebs outside. The Master Bath water did not get hot after ten minutes, two other showers were clogged on day one. Obvious water damage in kitchen by refrigerator from a prior leak had hardwood cup and wave through kitchen and possibly caused the musky mildew smell that was evident upon us entering . Great house and pool in Idaho!

We stayed in this home last week and had a great family vacation. It is very spacious, with an awesome living room/great room that was perfect for us. The pool was perfect, clean and there were plenty of chairs for the pool deck and plenty of chairs in the shade too. The house is located a a big piece of property. We enjoyed relaxing in the shade in the two hammocks, and looking at the stars late at night. This house was convenient for us, not too far from shopping and only 15 min to the airport . Tammy was great to work with. We’d be happy to stay here again if we are ever back in idaho. Thanks Tammy!
