The house was fantastic! Great amenities from the classic video games, to ping pong, to darts, to console, we played them all. The hot tub was perfect after long days at Hayward. Host was amazing. Responded VERY quickly with exactly what we needed! Zero concerns.

You know how sometimes you show up at a place and it just feels like home? This was my experience! Tucked away in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood, surroundings are safe and secure. From from the moment you walk into the home, the decor is minimalistic and just right. Nothing too flashy and just the right amount of touches to make the place look classy. The floors are beautiful, the kitchen has all brand new appliances and a beautiful countertop. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen however, I was not there for meal prepping. They really scored points with me by simply providing a brand new container of creamer for my coffee in the morning. How thoughtful and not only that but one less thing I needed to worry about. The living room has a nice big TV and there are individual remotes for the heat/air-conditioning splits that ate mounted on the walls. They have a hot tub off the back slider which we did not need to use, but what a great little add-on! The place was absolutely spotless, impeccable! I feel like they thought of everything and my only suggestion would be perhaps a couple boxes of tissues throughout the home. They have a maximum capacity washer and dryer that’s in the garage off of the dining area. I’ve been out to Eugene several times now as my son goes to the University of Oregon and the host. Ricky and his wife have been so easy to work with that intend to stay at their place every time I have to make the trip to OR. There’s just no need to look elsewhere.

Wow! I am so thankful to have had you as a guest. This message speaks for itself in your kindness, but I am also thankful it carried through in how you took care of our home. We are more than happy/could only hope for you stay again. Thanks for the tip on the Kleenex. Perhaps we can make them more visible haha (there were a couple boxes in the bathroom cupboards). I’m so happy you enjoyed our home. It makes it much more meaningful as a host when our guests express that. We love this so much and hope we can continue to accommodate just as well in yours and other’s future visits. Thanks again. Till next time!

This was a great place to stay. The host, Ricky, was very helpful and super responsive. Made our stay easy and fun. Loved the backyard, the hot tub was great and the guys loved the cornhole!! Perfect all the way!
