Fantastic property

Our family of 11, including five grandkids, travels together several times a year. This home was by far the most wonderful place we have been to. It is magical. We hope to be back next December.

Moose Lodge stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Moose Lodge. The property was amazing and couldn’t have been better suited to keep eight adults and four children happy and busy. Wendy is a fantastic host! The location is perfect and central to the surrounding towns. Everything we needed was provided and waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Berkshires. It was perfect!

Family Vacation

Great way to spend the holidays with friends and family in comfort and luxury and plenty to do. It was a unique experience without the hassles of airports, hotels and car rentals! Great location, nice town with fun shopping and top restaurants.

Beyond All Expectations!

This home is a gift to anyone lucky enough to enjoy it. The hosts are extremely pleasant to work with and very generous in stocking the house with all the essentials, as well as lots of snacks and goodies. We were a group of 13 (four families) that thoroughly made use of the game room, theater and the kitchen, which is a dream to cook in. Can’t wait to plan our return!

Fabulous house. Ample room to relax, play and cook.

We stayed here previously and had a great time. In the interim, the back yard was redone and now serves as a lively place to handle outside. Property management is supper helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Incredible Moose Lodge!!

This was the perfect stay for our work retreat!!! Wendy took care of everything - tons of communication, literally everything you need to entertain / cook / hang out. The amenities are stunning - the theater and game room was a highlight for the 15 of us. And the Moose theme is so cool! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Perfect Getaway

We can’t say enough about how wonderful a stay we had here. Five families with kids and not one “I’m bored!” Success!!!! The hosts are absolutely amazing and we’re more than gracious. We look forward to making a repeat trip.

Better Than Advertised!

We spent a weekend here with a group of 10 of us (all early 30s) to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place! Scott, who manages the property, was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure that we not only were informed about the property but also the surrounding area to ensure we had a great time. The house itself is amazing and has pretty much anything you'd want - we barely left the property all weekend! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Getaway

The owner and manager clearly care for this property quite a bit and it comes through - lovely land and the house has many terrific details. The property is huge but still feels cozy, you won't want to leave while you're there and that is fine because the house has anything that you would need. We stayed in the summer and it was great and I would love to return in winter months as well for that ski lodge feel. Five star experience.

Wonderful Weekend at the Lodge

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this property! Scott and Wendy were both super responsive, helpful and very welcoming. The house itself is spacious, very well stocked and extremely comfortable for a group. Whether you want to watch a movie in the theater, play a game of pool or black jack or hit up the candy room you'll never be bored. The outdoor patio, built-in grill and fire pit were a huge hit with our group. The proximity to Great Barrington and all of it's shops and restaurants is a huge plus. We had a magical weekend at the Moose Lodge!

Family vacation

Scott went well beyond the usual host in his offer to help plan our vacation, send us information on near by activities that might interest us, and in making sure everything went smoothly during check in and check out as well as during the stay. The house was large enough to accommodate the 12 of us comfortably without being on top of one another. Everything we needed was supplied and then some! While the house is very secluded and private, we were within minutes of any amenity or activity we were looking for. Great house, great host, great location and great vacation!!

Dream house

The house was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for and more!! The kitchen was an absolute dream kitchen and allowed us to cook some fabulous meals. Perfect set up for cooking inside and out and a big table outside for everyone to gather around. The game room provided maximum entertainment for all and the theater was perfect for winding down at night. The surrounding area is beautiful and made for the perfect stay. Wendy was an extremely helpful and gracious host and just a joy to talk to!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends and family

Perfect cabin for multigenerational family!

Wendy, thank you for your attentive hosting and making our trip most comfortable! We had a 3-generation mini family reunion and there was plenty of space for entertaining the toddlers, grandparents and adults in between. The home is massive and the woods vast! One of our favorite things is how the home in centered in the middle of the large property/trees, and thus is quite private and no concerns of kids running near a road. The swings outside, the billiards room, the theater, the candy stations, lots of exciting things!

Amazing house. Great communication. Even better time.

We could not have had a better experience with this rental. We had our immediate families stay at the house and got married in the beautiful front yard and had our reception on the back patio. It was a picture perfect experience. Wendy was so helpful in every step of the way. The large industrial kitchen was perfect for the chef to work his magic and the massive billiards room was excellent for our casino night. The yard and house were spotless and we would love to rent this house again.

We had such an incredible weekend at this amazing property! The house is stunning and beautifully taken care of. There is so much space for a large group that everyone felt comfortable. There is so much to do at the house, you will never want to leave. The music system throughout the house is perfect for any celebration! Scott was a pleasure to work with. He made this experience even more special for us and was incredibly helpful and kind! We would love to come back to this house again sometime - it is perfect!!

This house is even more amazing than you can imagine. When we arrived, our kids were blown away. The features are too many to mention - the game room, the great room, the screening room, the candy room. We slept 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) very comfortably. Ideally located close to Great Barrington and Butternut Ski, you can find a lot to do or you can do absolutely nothing (we did a little bit of both). Scott was a terrific host, making sure we knew and had everything we needed.

The Mooselodge is fantastic!

We had an amazing time at the Mooselodge over NYE with four families. Everything was immaculate, worked perfectly, and was so easy. Scott is super responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok, even letting us know that a lightning storm was coming. He gave us good recommendations for activities and groceries, etc, before our arrival and is a true ambassador for the area. The kitchen is a dream and we were able to keep little ones fed and adults happy. So many fun parts of the house - the game room, movie room, candy room! We would come back in a heartbeat, thank you!!
