Welcome to this bright, fully renovated 4-room apartment located in one of MontrĂ©alâs most vibrant neighborhoods â just a 5-minute walk from Frontenac metro station. With over 1000 sq. ft. of space, this stylish and well-appointed unit is ideal for international students, remote workers, families, or travelers seeking both comfort and convenience.
The apartment includes three private bedrooms with high-quality double beds, a large dining area perfect for meals or work, a cozy living room with a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher. A wall-mounted air conditioner keeps the space cool in summer, and the renovated bathroom adds extra comfort.
Guests will also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, self check-in via lockbox or smart lock, and support from our team from 8 AM to 8 PM, with emergency assistance available 24/7.
Please note: the balcony is currently under renovation and not accessible during your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor (approx. 20 stairs) and is accessible via a main building entrance and private apartment door.

Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).

The base price offered is for an established number of persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
