You'll enjoy how close neighboring Ocean city, Rehoboth, Fenwick, and Dewey beach are for your enjoyment! Great stay for golfers. Enjoy Berlin and Lewes nearby. "No pets" and "No smoking" anywhere on premises.

This was an amazing course a digital tv in every room plenty of space for my family to spread out and gather in the common living spaces. Very quiet area with welcoming neighbors.

This was a very relaxing vacation. This house is well equipped to house a family. We didn’t have to purchase anything but food for our stay. We met the owners and they were just as warm and friendly as their home. We are definitely booking again.

Nice new condo!

The property was very nice with great modern amenities. There were actually 3 whole bedrooms and 2 full baths with a half bath so it was perfect for our size group. Bethany beach drive was only 12 minutes away. Would stay here again!

This is truly a hidden gem! We were all in love at first sight of this beautiful and tastefully decorated home. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and a good retreat from daily activities.We loved that the children even kept referring to the rental as "home" when we were out during the day. There was ample space for everyone to have a few minutes of independent silence (if you have kids you know!)A few highlights:-Exceptional standard of cleanliness -All the linens smelled fresh and clean-The handwritten house instructions made it feel personal rather than comercial-Good communication with the hosts-Having bikes to ride around the neighborhood was also quite nice-Beach equipment came in handy as wellAll in all an A experience. Great Stay, Highly Recommend!

We took a chance on this property since it had no reviews yet, and we're so glad we did! Our holiday visit was made even better by this well-equipped home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home is spacious, with plenty of TVs for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows. The beds were super comfortable, which was a big plus after a long day of holiday activities. Overall, we had a wonderful time and couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay! We'll definitely consider coming back next year.

We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house! It’s spacious, very well equipped, tastefully furnished, and perfectly located for both relaxing and exploring the area. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and you can tell that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home.We especially appreciated the peaceful setting, the generous amount of beach gear available, the great kitchen setup – ideal for family meals – and the reliable, high-speed WiFi. The community pool, which is just a short 5-minute walk away, was another highlight, especially for the kids.Communication with the hosts was easy and friendly throughout our stay. We also really liked the flexibility in the house layout and the cozy outdoor areas.
